If you need to check in with work, a laptop-friendly workspace makes it simple. Step outside to the furnished patio for morning coffee or evening BBQs, then rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower after a beach day. Practical perks like an in-home washer and dryer and a Culligan water softener system help keep your stay smooth.

Important Things to Note

• Parking: Pick up your pass at the gate and park one vehicle in any unassigned Queens Grant lot, using overflow lots for additional cars. Note that only one vehicle per villa is permitted during major holidays, and parking outside designated areas may result in ticketing or towing.

• Access to the community outdoor pool and tennis courts is included. Availability, hours, and any seasonal closures are managed by the community.

• Pets Policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friend! One pet is allowed per stay. An additional $150 fee applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet and ensure the fee is processed. Pets must be crated or safely contained when left alone in the home, and please clean up after your pet both indoors and outdoors. Additional cleaning or damage may result in fees.

• Washer and dryer are located in the villa.

• A Culligan water softener system is installed.

• LED makeup mirrors, countertop organizers, and hair dryers are provided in both bedrooms.

• An enclosed outdoor shower is available for guest use

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of kitchen and bath essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
