Luxuriously upgraded condo with a fantastic view of the ocean, pool bar and pool, along with a cool breeze to keep you comfortable while relaxing on the top floor balcony. You can read, watch the outdoor TV, or just look down on the comings and goings of the resort. Once inside, you'll enjoy a spacious bedroom with a queen bed, a full sized closet and three TVs.

Are you looking to get away to the beautiful beaches and golf courses of Hilton Head Island? Look at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis,then look at our villa! This is a third floor (elevator available) condo that everything you want for a stay at the beach. The sun floods into your balcony and kitchen/living room in the mornings to start your day, but leaves you in the shade in the hot afternoons.

Our home at the beach is at the easy-to-reach end of the island and lets you avoid a LOT of traffic and gets you to your home away from home quickly on your arrival date, and back off the island and on your way home when it's time to leave. While you're here, be sure to rent bikes at the hut just outside the security gate. There's no waiting for delivery and you can go anywhere on miles and miles of paved bike trails, if you're just a little adventurous. If you've never been to Hilton Head Beach and Tennis before, we believe you'll fall in love with it. If you're returning, welcome back, and we hope you'll enjoy our place!

The property has a security gate that is manned 24 hours a day. You will be furnished a parking pass at your arrival. One vehicle pass is included with each rental. Additional passes are available at my cost: $35 each. All of the condos on the property have their own entrance. There is no need to have contact with any employees or other guests (once you pick up your parking pass) when you arrive or check out.

0ur condo is on the top (3rd) floor and has a VERY short walk on the property to the pool, pool bar and beach. The condo has been remodeled recently and is new on the rental market.

The condo has: LVP flooring throughout - New kitchen cabinets - Granite countertops - Flat screen TV in living room, bedroom AND the balcony - Fully equipped with dishes, flatware, pots, pans, blender, toaster oven, coffee maker, (and a Keurig, so bring your pods!) etc. - Queen size sleeper sofa - Free Wi-Fi - Queen size bed - Bedside tables with built-in USB charging ports - A closet and mMore drawers for storage than you'll likely need - The bathroom has large walk-in shower with glass door - There are two tables with four total chairs chairs on the balcony for a comfortable place to eat or just sit and admire the view of the beach, ocean, pool, and pool bar, read, watch TV, or just watch the world go by.

The resort community offers: Two swimming pools. The large pool (the closer to us of two on the property) is said to be the largest ocean front pool on the island, and also has a kiddie pool - A smaller and quieter second pool is located by the Admirals Row building - Both pools are open to all guests - A pool bar called Jamaican Joe'z is located right next to the large pool and has a good menu of beach and pool food. On weekends during the summer season, there is live entertainment at pool bar - There are also activities available for children, some fees may apply - Gated security 24/7 365 days a year - Bike Rentals on property - Six pickle board courts - Eight lighted tennis courts with a tennis pro on site. Free to use during the day. Reservations are required. Lights for night play - Small fitness center located in Pro Shop - Coconut'z, (four-year winner of the best wings on the island!) a sports bar located in main reception building - Access to the best beach on the island - Laundry machines are in each building - A comfortable & cozy villa that can sleep 2 adults with a sleeper sofa to spare.

As much as we love animals, Beach and Tennis has a strict "no pets" policy. Further, they don't even make accommodations for support animals. Please don't bring your pets or ESAs, as there will be a $250/day fine levied and we'll have to pass that onto you.

We generally only rent Saturday to Saturday from May through September. Shorter stays may occasionally be available and will be indicated on the calendar. Shorter (or longer!) stays are available for off-season. Contact us for rates.

Please note: Effective April 1, 2025, Hilton Head Beach and Tennis resort no longer allows e-bikes on any part of the property. Motorcycles are allowed to be parked only outside the security gate. These are not our policies, but ones we must follow.
