From this villa you are just minutes by foot to all of the great restaurants and shops in Harbour Town, and even closer to the Harbour Town Club House at the Harbour Town Golf Links - home of the Heritage Golf Classic. No need to fuss with parking when you can walk to any of these amenities and be there in 5 minutes! Enjoy those morning views of the lagoon as your enjoying your morning coffee, or tea, which add to those quiet vacation memories! Don't miss your opportunity to stay in a well loved and maintained villa that caters to couples getaways, guys and gals golfing/tennis getaways, as well as good old family vacations.

What if there is an issue while we are staying at your house? This Villa is professionally managed by an on-island company. All issues are quickly addressed with minimal disruption to your vacation. So, you never need to worry about trying to contact the owner to report a problem and work with an absentee owner to help them address the issue.

Where can we rent bikes and how much does it cost? If you plan on biking extensively during your stay we recommend Hilton Head Bicycle Company for all your bike rental needs - 843.686.6888. And the home is conveniently located right on one of the many bike/leisure paths that take you all over the plantation.

Are beach chairs provided? Yes, four beach chairs have been made available for our Guest's use.

We had a wonderful time in Sea Pines. The villa is conveniently located to Harbor Town and an easy bike to the Plantation Beach Club. The home was clean, cozy and well appointed. The beach gear was a bonus! Thanks for the great getaway!

Location is Everything

We had a wonderful stay at Lighthouse Landing. It was perfect for our family of four. Easy walk to Harbour Town where we enjoyed shopping, dining, and climbing the lighthouse. It was quick access to the Sea Pines Beach Club, which we loved! The villa was very clean upon arrival, the kitchen was well stocked and all of the bedding was updated and comfortable. Easy access to the pool and pickleball courts within the villa complex. We loved everything Sea Pines has to offer, including the golf and access to the Harbour Town Clubhouse. John (Property Manager) was proactive in his communication and responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely rent again at Lighthouse Landing. Highly recommended for small families, girls weekend or golf trips.
