This newly renovated luxury 1 bedroom 1 bath villa is well appointed with a beautiful straight-on ocean and pool view with convenient first floor access to the beach and year round heated pool. Additional amenities include on-site laundry, BBQ grilles, and complimentary access to both the Starbucks and Oceanside Bar & Grille; located less than a minute walk from the suite at the adjacent Hilton Hotel. Enjoy beautiful sunrise views and dark starry night skies from your balcony or take a quick walk down to the waves; only 50 yards away!

This one bedroom villa has an updated full kitchen with everything you will need during your stay. Sleeping accommodations include a queen sized bed in the main bedroom, bunk beds for children in the corridor and a queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room.

The Ocean Dunes complex is an ocean-front gated property conveniently located on the main strip, a short distance (0.7 mi) from the shopping, dining, and night life of Coligny plaza as well as the brand new playground/splash-pad and amphitheater at Celebration Park.

Location to beach was excellent. Sliding door very difficult to open, dehumidifier very loud and we had to empty it constantly. the drain wasn't working, toaster was falling apart

Lovely condominium. Walking distance to beach from the unit. We were able to get a parking spot easily. It was clean and cozy. AC worked well. I initially communicated with the owners and they responded very quickly. when we were there. I did message them on a Saturday to ask them a question but got no reply. Would stay there again.

Beach is close to the condo with its own beach entrance. Beach can get crowd by 10am. Beach is well maintained and clean. The beach view from this condo was very nice with a small clear shot to the ocean.Condo is a central location. And you can bike to many popular spots from this condo.Condo was clean and well maintained.

Spring Break Family Trip

Very nice property, exactly as pictured! Amazing location that’s close to either the beach or pool. The host was quick to respond to my messages and the check in/out process was very laid out and easy to understand. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great long weekend trip

The property was as advertised and very close to the beach. The sunrises were gorgeous in the morning! We did run into two minor issues, but the owner was quick to respond and got our issues resolved ASAP. Overall a great location and VRBO!

Love staying at this complex! Right on the beach with easy access to pool, ocean & amenities. Unit was clean and just the right size for me and my husband. Loved the size of the tvs & that they had beach chairs/accessories available to use. Would stay here again!

Enjoyable place to stay

This property was recently renovated and they did a great job. Not a lot of room but certainly enough for 2 people. We enjoyed the heated pool. Some suggestions to improve the place would be to get another couch. That was unconvertible watching tv. There wasn't a bath mat. We ended up buying one at the dollar store and leaving it there. The bathtub could use a couple of safety rails for us old people. We added a few spreadable knives, again from the dollar store. There were only 3 spreadable knives when we got there. But overall we enjoyed the stay and would recommend the place.

Wonderful

We had a great long weekend stay at this condo. It was exactly as described and the location is perfect. It is easy to walk to the downtown area with quick access to the beach, pool and Hilton restaurant next door. We felt safe in the area as well with our small family. We would stay again!

Our one night stay was great! The condo was beautiful with all of the upgrades. The mattress was comfortable and the condo was the perfect size for our family of four. The owner was quick to respond with any questions we had. Great beach access from the unit too! Definitely will be staying here again!
