Welcome to Bluff Villa 1692: A Perfect Sea Pines Retreat, Steps from South Beach!

Located in the heart of Sea Pines Plantation, Bluff Villa 1692 is ideally situated less than 100 yards from the picturesque South Beach and Braddock Cove. Just a few steps from the South Beach Village Marina, you’ll have easy access to the renowned Salty Dog Cafe, along with a variety of shops, restaurants, bars, and recreational activities.

Perched on the top (third) floor of Bluff Villas, this two-bedroom vacation home has been thoughtfully refurbished with beautiful decor and comfortable furnishings. So that you know, there are no elevators in the Bluff Villas.

The villa features an open living and dining area, six seats, and a modern kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances. The breakfast bar offers additional seating for three.

The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, a private balcony, a walk-in closet, a ceiling fan, and a flat-screen TV. The en-suite master bathroom boasts a double vanity, a modern walk-in shower, and stylish tiled floors.

The guest bedroom is perfect for families, featuring a bunk bed with a full-size mattress on the lower level, a twin mattress on top, and a twin trundle bed. There is a sleep sofa in the living room. The guest bathroom includes a single vanity and a shower/bathtub combination.

Please Note: Guests have access to the South Beach Marina pool during their stay . Additional fees may apply. To access the pool, please see the guidelines below. The pool is open from June through August from 9 am to 6 pm.

on the application. The site is mobile-friendly and you can register in advance of your trip, so
you have your passes when you arrive. ‱ Once your application is approved, you’ll receive a
confirmation email containing a link to purchase your pool passes.
Your initial registration will give you access to the pool. Although you will receive a QR code
when you purchase passes, you will gain access with your photo memberships and barcode.
‱ All passes are digital.

‱ $20 for an individual daily pass
Weekly Passes (up to 6 days):

For beach enthusiasts, South Beach is just a short walk away, offering stunning views toward Harbour Town and memorable sunsets over Daufuskie Island. Nearby Tower Beach features outdoor grills, picnic tables, and a shaded pavilion with breathtaking ocean views and Calibogue Sound.

The new Sea Pines Beach Club, a short car or bike ride away, offers beach activities, a beach bar, and dining options with ocean views. For convenience, the South Beach Country Store is a short walk from the marina, and the entrance gate to Sea Pines provides access to supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, restaurants, and bars.

The condo is beautiful and was clean! The beds were very comfortable! I would suggest having more comfortable furniture in the living room as the wicker chairs are not comfortable to sit in at all! There were 5 of us there (3 preteen or teenage boys) and we could not all hang out in the living room space due to lack of comfortable seating for everyone. The location is close to the beach but is all inlet. That was disappointing as my boys wanted open ocean so we had to bike further down the beach everyday. For families with small children this might have been perfect but for big kids it wasn’t an ideal location. We did enjoy being so close to the pool and salty dog cafe though! I would also suggest upgrading your skillet pans as everything stuck to them when we cooked which was most meals at the condo. Having basic spices would have been nice as well. We enjoyed having chairs available to use on the beach. Overall we had a great stay. Thank you!

Enjoyed the stay. Bed needs new mattress as it sags. This isn’t your issue but they were remodeling a unit on first floor and the construction noise all day was a bit much

Amazing Experience Overall

I went down for Springbreak 2024 with my husband and two teenage children, ages 14 and 16. We got in late on check in day, but had notified the office, and they were able to place our paperwork/keys in a lock box for us to get upon arrival
super easy! Arrived to condo and it was beautiful! Modern, clean, comfortable and it felt like home! The location was perfect! Close to the beach, Salty Dog Restaurant and the pickleball courts! Beautiful grounds and quiet! I did work a couple of days while there and the wifi was excellent!! Definitely would recommend!!! Great people, location and very clean!

Spring break in Hilton Head

My husband, 6 year old son and I spent a week in south beach on HHI. We have stayed in the Bluff Villas before and it was exactly as we had expected. Very good location with many days at the beach, biking and eating at The Salty Dog. I only rated the communication with the host a 4 because I somehow missed the email with the check in info initially, but after that it was very smooth. We will be back!

We really enjoyed this condo. It had everything we needed and then some. My girls were especially pleased with the bunk beds. We loved the light and airy space and proximity to the trolley stop and beach. Very nice property.

Great for family trip to the beach

My family of 5 enjoyed being very close to the beach and marina. Very quiet community considering this is a popular area. The space was great for us to relax in between enjoying all Sea Pines and HHI have to offer. I would recommend this property to any small family looking for a great beach trip.

Wonderful stay!

We always stay on South Beach. Staying at Bluff Villas eliminates finding parking at Salty Dog, the fee to get into Sea Pines and a long haul to the beach. This 3rd floor villa provides vaulted ceilings which seems more spacious. The Villa was updated, clean and decorated well. We very much enjoyed our stay. We have stayed in many of the villas and this villa ranked in our top 3 thus far.
