Settle into a simple, comfortable third-floor apartment made for easy island days. The home sleeps 4 across a private bedroom and a cozy bunk nook, with 1 full bathroom. Relax in the living area after a day at the beach, stream your favorites with your own accounts on the Smart TV in the bedroom, or pop in a DVD. A laptop-friendly workspace makes quick check-ins or remote work a breeze. Step outside to an outdoor seating area for fresh air, and keep packing light with the in-unit washer and dryer.

Important Things to Note

• Stairs required: The apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator.

• Parking: Up to 2 vehicles are permitted in the parking lot. Parking passes must be purchased in cash at the security kiosk upon arrival; $20 per pass, up to 2 passes authorized per reservation. No additional parking beyond what’s described.

• Pets: Pets are not allowed at this home.

• Streaming: Guests can access streaming services with their own account credentials.

• Security camera: An exterior camera is located at the main entry door facing the external hallway.

• Communal amenities: Pools, hot tub, and fitness room are shared and located within the community.

• Laundry: Washer and dryer are available in-unit.

• There is a SMALL portable dishwasher that sits on the side table for guest use.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Location logistics: Within about a 5-minute drive, you can reach Fish Haul Beach Park, Mitchelville Freedom Park, and Barker Field.
