Stay just steps from the beach in this comfortable four-bedroom home located in Palmetto Dunes, one of Hilton Head’s most desirable neighborhoods and home to three championship golf courses. This second-row property is ideal for families, beachgoers, and golf groups alike.

The home features a reverse floor plan, with the main living area upstairs to capture natural light and treetop views. The living room, kitchen, dining area, primary bedroom, and a second king bedroom are all located on the upper level. Access to this level is by either a narrow indoor spiral staircase or a standard outdoor staircase from the exterior. Guests with mobility considerations or very young children often find the outdoor staircase to be the more comfortable route.

The lower level includes two additional bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a laundry room, and a bonus room with a trundle bed, providing flexible sleeping space for families or groups.

Outside, there is a gas grill for easy meals after the beach or golf. The paved outdoor area below provides space for casual play, though it is not maintained as a regulation pickleball or tennis court.

With sleeping space for up to 12 guests, parking for up to five vehicles (tandem), and a pet-friendly policy, this home is designed for relaxed beach vacations. From here, you’re moments from the sand, the Palmetto Dunes golf courses, bike paths, resort dining, and Shelter Cove Marina.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
