Amazing Oceanfront Views-Top Floor Corner Villa with Direct Access to the Beach!

It’s always 5 O’clock at this Hilton Head Island beachside villa! Brand new kitchen and appliances January 2024!

This uniquely designed oceanfront property located at 372 Seaside Villas is the perfect spot for a romantic getaway or family vacation. The top-floor corner villa offers a prime location just a short walk to shops and restaurants in Coligny Plaza, as well as direct access to the beach. The 180 degree beautiful views of the beach and ocean from your private balcony is the perfect place to start and end your day.

The space
Sip your morning coffee (or mimosa!) on your private balcony while soaking in the beautiful blue Atlantic views. This cozy oceanfront villa includes a bright and airy comfortable living room with a pull out couch and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The living room TV has cable and a Roku (please bring your login info if you intend to use any apps) , and the unit has free Wi-Fi. The Bedroom features a queen bed, 2 night stands and a closet for ample storage space. Two built in bunk beds provide a perfect sleeping spot for children or additional storage.

The 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo is located within Seaside Villas, a private, gated oceanfront community with direct access to the beach. There are 2 onsite community pool areas (open Apr. 1-Sept. 30), grilling area, limited covered parking but large open parking lot and bike racks. Elevators are located in both buildings and coin-operated laundry rooms are found on each floor.

The unit has a box fan and a tower fan for those that need one to sleep or like the air moving, along with a ceiling fan in the bedroom and living room.
There is no smoking inside nor on the balcony ( A fine will be enforced) and there are no pets allowed in the condo due to allergies ($500 per day fine with no exceptions). Seaside Villas is a pet free complex.

We truly enjoyed our stay! Cathy was an amazing host, giving us great information prior to our arrival to help us get settled quickly and enjoy our vacation! The Villa had everything we needed. The ocean views were breathtaking. You can see the ocean from the sitting area inside which makes it even more relaxing, we loved having our coffee on the porch where we could enjoy the views and sounds of the ocean. Gorgeous view, clean, great location and well stocked! Definitely the best condo we have stayed in HH. Both Keurig and regular coffee maker (and coffee). Played Bear Creek golf on the special card from condo. It included a fabulous lunch, beer, and cart. We will be back!

We absolutely loved this property. We were celebrating our 10 year anniversary. You cannot beat the view from the balcony. You are steps to the beach. The condo is gorgeous with everything you need. Cathy was an amazing host and so thoughtful. She let me bug her with texts and was so kind. We spent most of our time just relaxing at the condo and enjoying the beach. The highlight of the trip was seeing two does and a buck right below the balcony in the tree area. It was pretty magical seeing them right by the ocean. We are already talking about coming back. Cannot recommend enough!

Beautiful oceanfront unit. The view from the patio is gorgeous and exactly what you imagine when you think of an ocean vacation. The unit is very clean and has all needed necessities to cook. We had coffee and breakfast a couple mornings on the patio bar table and watched the dolphins. Everything is walkable or bike rideable. Restaurants, coffeeshops, Coligny and tiki hut. Can't say enough how good the view is and how perfect the location is. We've been coming to HHI for 15 years.

This was the best VRBO booking ever. The condo is adorably decorated and contains everything you could possibly need for the condo and the beach. There was a bowl of snacks and a card waiting for us upon arrival. But the best part was 100% the outdoor balcony with the view of the beach. We sat for hours in the morning and afternoon looking out, relaxing, reading, and enjoying the view. We’re already looking to book again next year!

Our state was absolutely perfect. Cathy’s condo will definitely be a place that we bring our family for years to come. The view is impossible to beat and the location is a wonderful addition when you have small children. Birthday-vacation get-away!

Stop and just book this place - you will not be disappointed! My husband and I typically stay in a different area of HHI because we travel with our dogs, this time it was just the two of us and Cathy's place was PERFECT! It was within walking distance of our favorite breakfast place (Watusi) and Coligny plaza, among many others! But the best part was simply the condo...it has everything you need for your stay, the balcony affords an amazing view of the ocean and is perfect for relaxing while watching the world go by, the bed is comfortable, the condo is quiet and clean. Should we opt to travel without our dogs to HHI we will be staying here again!!!

Great condo, great location

Such a great place and fully stocked.The condo had everything you need and Cathy also provided snacks and coffee. The beach was a short walk and even the plaza with all the restaurants. We barely drove, we just walked most of the time. We also enjoyed the tiki Hut which is a also a short walk.

Perfect couples getaway

Absolutely loved this top-floor villa. The view is one of the best I’ve ever had and the villa only matches that. Furniture is really nice and the appliances are top of the line. Nice and quiet community as well. My wife and I even discussed coming back in the future!

Great stay!

My family and I had a great stay in Cathy’s VRBO. She left us a welcoming gift and texted me throughout the stay to assure that everything was going good. Room was very clean and had everything you need for the beach. Views from the balcony were amazing. I’ve been on 15 beach vacations and this VRBO tops them all because of the cleanliness and direct view of the beach.

This unit is fabulous! Cannot beat the location and views! The complex and location of the unit was so quiet! Everything we needed was great. Beach equipment was top of the line! Great oceanfront views!

Great condo. This is a terrific location on Forest Beach. Easy and quick walk to the beach on the boardwalk just outside. Just over 5 minute walk to Coligny. The condo is well equipped and very comfortable. The owner checked in on us to make sure all was well.Highly recommend!

This property is wonderful. Location and view are excellent. Furnishings are top notch. Electronics, cabinets, lights are clearly labeled to reduce visitor frustrations. Reservation and check-in processes were easy. The host provides a thoughtful welcome package and checks in to ensure you have what you need. Will definitely stay here again.

this condo was stocked with everything you could possible need and did not bring. things you need and don't want to bring like beach chairs and tents plastic bags even coins for the washer and dryer. this was our first time there and i can say i've never stayed anywhere like this. amazing!!
