If you are looking for a true beach vacation getaway directly on the beach of Hilton Head, this is the place for you . Amazing beach and ocean views and sounds of the waves from the living room and balcony of this villa. There are beautiful and serene views of the ocean and incredible sunrises to enjoy right from your balcony. You are just steps from one of the best sandy beaches on Hilton Head. This villa has a costal feel and beach decor throughout including an open floor plan, It has 1 bedroom and a pullout sofa. Perfect for a small family or 2 couples. The villa has 1 full bath and a full size kitchen with all of the essentials. There is an elevator close to the villa entrance and a laundry room nearby the unit.



Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offers 2 swimming pools including the largest beach front pool on Hilton Head. There are 8 Tennis Courts and 4 Pickleball Courts for guests enjoyment. The resort has a playground, basketball courts, picnic areas with charcoal grills, and bike rentals for family fun!! There are 2 restaurants on site for close by dining or beachside eating.

Golf is close by at Port Royal Resort or Palmetto Dunes Resort. Hilton Head has over 50 miles of bike and walking trails. Make your vacation at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort one you will want to return to year after year. Guests have full access to 2 pools in the resort, tennis courts and pickle ball courts. There is a playground, basketball court, volley ball on the beach and bike rentals at the resort, Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort is located directly on the beach and close to shopping, golf, tennis and bike rentals..

Some of the best water front restaurants such as Hudson’s Dockside and Fish Camp are a short car ride away.

Getting Around:

Hilton Head Island has 100+ miles of biking and hiking trails to get around the island. There is the Breeze bus for public transportation and shopping and restaurants are an easy drive with plenty of public parking on the island. During the Summer there is a free island trolly. Trolly stop is in front of the resort.



Other Things to Note:

Plates, cups, bowls, pots, and pans are provided during your stay. Please note that chopsticks and cooking basics like oil, salt, and pepper aren’t included in the reservation.

Very clean and quiet place. Lady at front desk was a little short with us checking in but the dark hair girl behind her stepped in and was very friendly. Everyone else from security to cleaning abd maintenance crew was very friendly and always willing to help.

We had a wonderful stay. Only 1 issue. The shower floor is a pebble stone which is quite attractive, but a little rough on the feet. A shower mat would be helpful.

First trip to the Island

Great location to explore the area. Property grounds were immaculately kept. Our oceanfront Condo had all advertised amenities. with amazing sunrise and full moon view. Nice wide beach. 3 nights were just enough to know we will probably return and recommend the resort to others. We didn't have the opportunity to visit the on site restaurants.

A short weekend away

We drove in from TN and were about an hour away for our nephew’s graduation from Marine Corps bootcamp, so we decided to maximize our time away instead of turning around and heading right back home. Both my husband and I have been to HHI, but it’s been a while. We enjoyed our stay so much. The condo was perfect, so bright and sunny, and such a great view. Such a relaxing weekend away. Everything was wonderful. I highly recommend staying here. I hope we get a chance to come back soon.

Great Time

Everything was as advertised, beautiful views, easy beach access, plentiful parking, close to shopping, and entertainment, we cruised out of harbor town a couple times, 20 minute drive. Easy pool access etc. Only negative (not the oweners fault) not very disabled friendly, you do have to navigate a flight of stairs to get to the elevators.

Tropical Storm Debby

Overall the property was just ok. You can tell where the floor has had damage from water near the balcony doors. We were there for Tropical storm Debby and the doors to the condo on the balcony let wind and water into the condo. It is clear this has happened before but nothing was done to replace the door. The property manager was quick to respond. There was a musty smell in the condo as well

We had a great stay in the oceanfront condo. The views were amazing and the condo was clean. The decor was beachy and we have no complaints. It was a very fast skip over to the beach and the pool was around the corner.

Nice location

We enjoyed our stay on Admirals Row. The place was clean. It was disappointing that there were not kitchen items like salt, pepper, and cooking spray. You hate to purchase those items when staying only 3 days and flying. Also the skillet and all pans were so high we had to stand on chair, there was no ladder. The door lock is tricky and doesn’t automatically lock so you have to check it. I had to ask for the checkout info and got it 1 hour before we left. A sheet of instructions and local information would have been helpful. Laundry info would have been good to know.

Very comfortable bungalow

We enjoyed our 2 weeks in this oceanfront unit which was a little smaller than we thought but was perfect for the 2 of us. Very comfortable bed, sofa, BarcaLounger type chair with a view of the sunrise every morning. The unit was well equipped and had everything we needed. The owner was helpful accommodating us as we needed a pass ($35 ) for my sister for the 2weeks who was renting nearby. It was perfect for our needs and we recommend this unit for any couple interested in it.

Terrific Beach and Ocean View

Overall, our weekly rental was just what we were looking for. The space is pretty small but just right for the two of us for the week. We cooked breakfast most days but otherwise, didn't utilize the kitchen are a lot. The living-space and kitchen area were plenty of space and the view out of the sliding doors or from the balcony was really, really great. The extra door in the bathroom from the bedroom was a plus. It was not too busy in the complex but that is probably because of the time of year we booked. I'm sure the summers are very busy. All-in-all, and very pleasant and relaxing week.

Great views, close to the beach

This unit is on the 3rd floor on the end. There is an elevator to get up, but the stairs are easy. The unit had everything needed for us. The balcony looks right out to the ocean. We even saw a pod of dolphins swimming and jumping while drinking our morning coffee. Great location, felt safe and nice kept grounds. Comfortable bed and couch and chair. The ocean sounds with the balcony door open we’re wonderful.
