This project will begin at Admiral's Row Building B, which could impact guests staying in Admiral's Row Building A and Ocean View Building A.



This professionally remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa at Admiral’s Row offers a sophisticated coastal atmosphere combined with the comforts of a high-end home. The interior features luxury grey plank flooring throughout and a chef’s kitchen equipped with granite countertops, custom designer cabinetry, and a massive kitchen island with integrated seating. The open-concept layout ensures the kitchen flows seamlessly into the living area, keeping the focus on relaxation and conversation.

The master suite includes a refined en-suite bathroom with a modern walk-in shower. Perhaps the most striking feature is the double-sized private deck, offering significantly more outdoor living space than standard units. From here, you can enjoy the coastal breeze and a slight view of the Atlantic Ocean. Every detail, from the brand-new stainless steel appliances to the designer fixtures, has been selected to provide a premium guest experience.



Guests have full access to 2 pools in the resort, tennis courts, and pickleball courts.

There is a laundry on the second floor of the building with easy access on the elevator.

There is a playground, basketball court, volleyball on the beach, and bike rentals at the resort.

Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort is located directly on the beach and close to swimming, golf, tennis, and bike riding.

Some of the best waterfront restaurants, such as Hudson’s Dockside and Fish Camp, are a short car ride away.



Hilton Head offers 100+ miles of bike and walking paths. You can ride your bike to just about anywhere on the island.



Guest Access:

Guests enjoy full, unrestricted access to the extensive amenities of the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort. This includes:

Aquatics: Access to two resort pools, including the island's largest pool overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

Athletics: Use of 8 professional tennis courts and 4 pickleball courts (reservations may be required).

Recreation: On-site playground, basketball courts, and beach volleyball.

Convenience: Access to on-site bike rentals and coin-operated laundry facilities located conveniently on the second floor of the building, accessible via elevator.

Dining: Two on-site restaurants are available for quick meals without leaving the property.



Getting Around:

Hilton Head Island has 100+ miles of biking and hiking trails to get around the island. There is the Breeze bus for public transportation and shopping and restaurants are an easy drive with plenty of public parking on the island. In Season, there is a free trolly stop in front of the resort.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a smooth stay, please keep the following details in mind:

Parking: One parking pass is included with your reservation. Additional passes are available for purchase through the resort for $35 each.

Community Rules: Please be advised that e-bikes are strictly prohibited within the resort community.

Provisions: We provide a full set of plates, cups, bowls, pots, and pans. However, guests should bring their own cooking basics (oil, salt, pepper) and specialized utensils like chopsticks, as these are not provided.

Promotions: Take advantage of our "Stay 3, Get 1 Free" (Sept 2 – March 1) or our Snowbird special "Stay 3 Weeks, Get 1 Free" (Jan 1 – March 1). Please mention these at the time of booking.
