Great Location, Checks All The Boxes

This property met all of our needs. Very clean and quiet. Also super convenient w/ 5 minute walk to beach and Coligny Plaza . Kitchen was well appointed. Management was very responsive when we had parking pass and late check-out options questions. Ceilings were a little low so not ideal for 6’2” and over but doable.

Comfortable and close to the beach.

This unit was comfortable and adequate for our stay in Hilton Head. Beds were comfortable. Bath towels were quite coarse and rough. Had to reset Cable for TV numerous times. Alerted management that the dryer lint trap needed to be cleaned out, it was packed with lint and took 3 hours to dry a load of clothes. The lint is a fire and safety hazard in our opinion.

Location is great near the beach, restaurants, shopping, and a grocery store all within walking distance. Decent kitchen supplies but more limited than other places. Very creaky stairs and second floor. Could occasionally hear neighbors through the walls.

Wonderful vacation home!

We come to Hilton head every year and always stay in tanglewood villas. This unit was exactly what our family needed we had plenty of space. The double bathrooms upstairs and half downstairs definitely came in handy at shower time! The unit is very well maintained and our kitchen had everything we could possibly need.

The place was not cleaned properly before we checked in. The bathrooms had heavy traces of hair. The toilets were simply nasty. We spent the first hour cleaning up behind the previous guests in these areas. The kitchen counter tops were still dirty with sticky residue from not being properly wiped down. The rest of the week was great. But the initial cleanliness of the place was a bit too much to take in. Especially for the the price we paid for the unit. A refund of sort would have been nice. But we got a simple, “We apologize for the inconvenience” via email and a visit from the cleaners after we had cleaned up their shortcomings. Hopefully, the next guest didn’t experience the same issues.

Nice location!

We enjoyed our stayed at this location. There was plenty of space for our family of five. The kitchen was small but efficient. The beds were comfortable. The location was 7-8 minute walk to the beach. They four included bikes were a wonderful plus as the property is located on some of the island’s bike paths.

The property looked like the pictures as presented online. The property was clean with plenty of starter supplies as stated. This property was well equipped with needed kitchen utensils. I did not have a reason to contact property management. Check in was very easy.

Convenient to all the Coligny Beach Park area has to offer. Much better space to stay for a few days than a cramped hotel. Entire stay was very smooth!

Great Location

Super clean, updated townhome with a very walkable location. Master bedroom had a very comfy bed. 5 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to lots of shopping and restaurant spots. Larger folks might have trouble with the small showers in both bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was nicely decorated and very clean. The bikes and beach equipment were a bonus. We rode the bikes to the beach, to dinner, and to explore the island. The unit comes supplied with a small stock of toiletries which need to be restocked if you’re staying for more than a day. We loved the location and enjoyed the resident alligator in the pond. Would love to come back!
