Perfect location

Property was located right in the middle of everything but it still felt like we were secluded. We could easily walk or bike to all the shops of Coligny Park, enjoy the quiet pool or have the beach just steps away. The room easily accomodated our family and came equipped with all the comforts of home. Check in and check out process was very easy. We will be staying at this location again.

Enjoyed this Villa with our 3 older teenagers. Plenty of room to spread out. Great outdoor patio to enjoy the sun and supper. Upper deck balcony was deep enough for comfortably enjoying morning coffee or a game of cards. Comfortable beds, super clean, and so conveniently located to the ocean and coligny circle. 5 stars and worth repeated visits!

Great Location and Plenty of Space

This is the second time we stayed at this property. The location is a short walk to the beach and close to plenty of shopping and restaurants. The sleeping accomodations are perfect for the 3 or us, with a full bathroom for each of us.

Villa was very spacious and nicely decorated. Great location-short walk to beach and short drive to restaurants. Welcome gift was a nice touch. Only negative was one of the beds was full size rather than queen size as advertised. Honest mistake I’m sure. Overall, a great place to stay!

2023 Golfing Getaway

This property was in an ideal location - walking distance to the beach and close to shopping and restaurants. The place was clean and had all of the amenities we needed. A short walk out back to get to the pool and the neighbors were pleasant. We come down to HH every year for golf and would pick this place again! Thank you.

We booked this rental based off reviews posted and they definitely were correct! The villa was nicely remodeled, very clean and had great beach access. This was our first time to HHI so it was a pleasant surprise to have the listing be accurate. The little touches made such a difference! Soap and paper towels, accurate tv instructions, and all the little extras just enhanced our stay! We hope to come back in the future!

A hidden gem on South Forest Beach!

We absolutely loved the location and size of Hilton Head Beach Villas and this unit in particular! This was our first extended winter stay. The location is great...an easy walk or bike ride to shops & restaurants at Coligny and easy beach access. There are only 30 units in the complex, so it feels very private. The condo has been updated and is lovely. My only suggestion is that the cookware and knives could stand to be upgraded...add a slow cooker and a large stock pot!

Great Thanksgiving Getaway!

I want to say how impressed I was with the property and it's location. It's very convenient to the beach and offers lots of peace and relaxation, which is what I needed. I would definitely suggest anyone to reserve this property if it's not already booked by me :-)

Beautiful inside and out

I can't say enough about the location and amenities of this condo. The beautifully decorated and maintained space gave us a home away from home feel. The landscaping of the outdoor yard and pool area is gorgeous and the convenience to the beach made our vacation so relaxing as we were all back and forth between the condo, pool, and beach with ease! We hope to make this a yearly return trip!

Best year yet!

This marks 10+ summers coming to HiltonHead with the family. We’ve stayed at 3 different condos during this time. This year we stayed at HH Villas#7. It was amazing! Quiet, family oriented, clean, fully equipped. The beds and linens were really nice. I can’t say enough about how homey and comfortable this villa is. We will be back next year!
