Welcome to Sunny Hilton Head and the Island Club Oceanfront Resort. Our two bedroom ocean view villa will comfortably sleep 5-7. Our unit has an oversized balcony. The master suite includes a king size bed and master bath. The guest room includes two full size beds with its own bath. The Island Club maintains gas grills from a picnic area. The Island Club has nine free tennis courts, a large heated pool with a children's pool, a tanning pool, fitness center, hot tub, basketball, and bike rentals.
The Island Club is a family-oriented resort nestled in 25 acres of prime oceanfront property. Island Club boasts expansive beaches and breathtaking sunrises.
Our two bedroom ocean view villa offers spectacular views that include the ability to watch the sunrise over the Atlantic from your oversized balcony. The villa will comfortably sleep 5-7, so it is perfect for a family get together. The unit has been totally renovated and updated with all new furniture and decorations. This is a wonderfully decorated, non-smoking unit that is ready to be booked for your next vacation.

This is a top floor, end unit which offers many advantages. First of all, it means you have no one above you or to the right of you. These units have an oversized balcony which means that the entire family can relax to the sound of the crashing waves or take in the sun. In addition, the end unit offers an oversized window in the dining room area that really lets the light shine in. Every attention has been given to the details in this beautifully renovated villa. The master suite includes a pillow top king size bed and master bath with huge walk in closet. Wake to a spectacular view of the ocean from the master bedroom and walk out to the balcony from your private entrance for your morning coffee. The guest room includes two full size beds and a beautifully renovated tub/shower for our guests.

The Island Club is located in close proximity to the beautiful Westin Resort where you can enjoy your favorite tropical drink or enjoy fine dining that is a short walk down the beach (200 yards). If grilling is more your speed, the Island Club offers and maintains gas grills from a beautiful picnic area overlooking the ocean. The Island Club also has every amenity imaginable including nine free tennis courts (including several clay courts), a large heated pool with a waterfall, a children's pool with a mushroom waterfall, a tanning pool, health and fitness center, hot tub, racquetball, basketball, children's playground and bike rentals. The Island Club is also a gated community with 24 hour security.

Pool and hot tub area is typically closed between mid-November through the first week of March each year for winter maintenance. Feel free to contact us about specific dates that are set each year.

This was our first time staying in this unit and we have already booked a return trip! The unit was clean and well stocked. The owners were extremely helpful and great communicators! We had a small issue and they reached out right away and fixed it! The view is wonderful and we had everything we needed! We have stayed at this complex before and this is by far our favorite unit! We can’t wait to come back!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was clean. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had every appliance you would need, including spices to cook. The condo included beach chairs and towels. It is a very short walk to the beach and pool. The owners were responsive and communicated quickly. The balcony is nice and has comfortable furniture and makes for a nice side view of the ocean. We will definitely rent again!

This space was perfect for our family, it was clean, had great light and views of the sunrise and the master bedroom was big enough to fit a travel crib and inflatable toddler mattress for my young kids. The double beds in the second room are very high and not apt for children but perfect for adults though maybe a bit tight to share. We made use of the pullout couch for this reason and that worked perfectly, everything was outlined for us in the binder Marty and Andrea had for us. Our favorite part of the apartment was the balcony with comfortable seating for at least 4 to watch the amazing sunrises. We were also able to make use of the pool and tennis courts but the beach was the main event and very easy to get to. Lastly, the apartment is incredibly well-stocked, we did a lot of cooking and found all the tools we needed. It was great to have kid plates and cups as well. Marty and Andrea communicated clearly and in a timely manner to ensure we had everything we needed, including proper checkout instructions, and were helpful with some restaurant recommendations for date night! We would absolutely go back.

This was my family’s second time staying in this beautiful condo. We were very pleased with our stay. It is helpful that beach towels, beach chairs and even a Sun Ninja are provided for guest use. The covered patio with ceiling fan was great for watching the ocean while sipping morning coffee or evening wine. The kitchen has everything you need to make family meals. The Island Club property itself is clean and very family friendly. This will be our go to property when staying in Hilton Head. Marty and Andrea are the best hosts!

Fantastic Stay

The condo is clean, well decorated and stocked, and has a beautiful view of the ocean from the patio and primary bedroom. The owners were easy to communicate with and very responsive to questions. There is a great playground and play area close by for the kids and a fantastic pool area with 3 different pools (adult, baby, and family). The grounds are well kept and there are chairs/umbrellas for rent on the beach. Our family had a wonderful stay and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you!

Perfect!

The Island Club on Hilton Head Island has EVERYTHING! Our unit #4502 was just steps to the ocean and the ocean view was amazing! A playground was right outside our building. The unit was filled with wonderful "upgrades" like the hands-free faucet in the kitchen, double sinks in the master bedroom and even plastic "sippy cups" for our grand kids! It was great to have beach chairs, beach towels and a sun-ninja provided for our use at the beach! Marty had a jar of candy and a bottle of wine as a "welcome gift!" He and Andrea were extremely willing to accommodate our requests! We've already booked next year . . . . but a larger 3-bedroom unit! :)

Wonderful Vacation

Marty and Andrea were absolutely amazing to work with. Very quick to respond and help in any way they could. The condo and the surrounding grounds as well as the beach were all so clean and well kept. The gate and security helped us to feel very safe while there with our toddler. The condo itself was beautiful and had everything we could need for our visit, even down to toys and beach chairs. The balcony was one of the prettiest I’ve seen and had a beautiful view. The playground was a huge hit with out toddler, and the mat to the beach access was amazing! So thankful that we were able to find this property and would highly recommend it to anyone!

PARADISE AT ISLAND CLUB

Where to begin!?! Marty was extremely communicative and responded to all questions. Upon arrival I was a bit confused on the elevator (Use the elevator in the roundabout) but with a quick call to Marty he helped me out. As far as the Condo goes, 10/10. I have stayed at several resorts on HHI and this condo and resort was top tier! The location is premier, the grounds are kept very nicely, and the pool is across from the building and is a 2 minute walk from the unit. The building is also on a quieter part of the beach and there was plenty of space to camp out for full beach days. Marty and Andrea have thought about all your needs. The cleanliness of the condo was amazing. Beach chairs and Sun Ninja were soo helpful to have on our beach days. We used the Kitchen everyday and the unit had everything from pots & pans, utensils, dishes, baking sheets, to even oil and seasonings, which is rare to find. We even did laundry and Marty already had detergent and fabric softer. When it came down to the bedrooms it was perfect as well, fresh clean linens and super comfy beds. The renovations they have completed in the bathrooms were amazing too. Very clean and LUXURY finishes. Lastly the view from the condo was GORGEOUS! It overlooks the courtyard and the beach. Watch the sun rise and set from the unit. It was also very easy to get to the beach as there are multiple access points and ramps for you if you have a beach wagon. Marty & Andreas condo will be one that I would recommend and stay at again when I visit HHI!!! If you are looking to stay in HHI this is the perfect condo and resort. They really have thought of it all so you can enjoy your vacation!

We loved it! Great decor, spacious, the bedrooms were lovely and the master bath was spacious- shower head was great. Loved it! It was so gorgeous! Great view- loved the patio roof and fan. We have stayed in many condos within Island club and unit 4502 is by far the best! The unit has everything you need while on vacation including beach gear. The owners go out of their way to meet your needs and are quick to respond if needed.

Beautiful top floor condo

My family of 5 visited Hilton Head Island for the first time in August. We have stay in many VRBOs in different vacation towns but this condo was by far the nicest one! It was very high end. The kitchen was gorgeous!! Marty and Andrea have thought of everything! From extra pillows (in case you don’t enjoy the ones on the beds) to beach chairs, beach towels and the SunNinja to use on the beach, to all the high end kitchen appliances and utensils.. this condo has EVERYTHING you need to enjoy your vacation. It has an ocean view and a great view of the grassy court area-that was very helpful for this mom that went back to the condo to make dinner when dad and the kids were playing bags in the evenings! I enjoyed being able to see them from the balcony as it made me feel like I was still involved in their fun. This resort has a great pool area as well that we enjoyed. One thing we didn’t take advantage of but should have was the grilling area. The resort has a gas grill and charcoal grill for you to use. They even provide the propane and charcoal! We also had the pleasure of meeting the housekeeper, Barbara- what a gem she is! Communication with Marty and Andrea, even with Barbara, was great! They answered all our questions before, during and after our stay. If we get to HHI again we will definitely book with them again!! Thanks for great relaxing getaway! We only wish we could have stayed longer!!

Best Unit in Island Club

This unit was the cleanest and best equipped I've ever stayed in at the Island Club, and I've been going every year since 1997. The beds were comfortable and the towels were thick, and everything we needed was in the kitchen (other places I've stayed are so worried about utensil theft that nothing's there). While on the top floor, the balcony is shaded and protected from the heat of the sun and the occasional shower, with a ceiling fan to boot. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
