411 Barrington Court is a great 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa in the beautiful Palmetto Dunes!
As you enter the villa you are greeted by the kitchen on the left with stainless steel appliances including a Whirlpool fridge and glass top stove, dark wood cabinetry, beautiful stone countertops with plenty of cooking space, and a breakfast bar with 3 stools to sit and watch the chef cook your favorite meals! Off to the side of the kitchen are the stackable, front loading Samsung washer and dryer. Beyond the kitchen is the dining room table with a bench seat and 4 chairs. Behind the sliding barn door is the guest bedroom featuring a bunk bed with a queen mattress on bottom, twin on top and a twin trundle, 40” TV and gorgeous views of the ocean and pool from your windows. The bathroom in the hall has a single vanity with tub/shower combo.

Past the kitchen and dining room, is the living room with beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean. In the living room there is a queen sleeper sofa and love seat with ottoman and a 64” Samsung TV. This is a great place for socializing and relaxing after a long day at the pool and beach. You also have access to the balcony which has a large oval table with seating for 5 and 2 Adirondack chairs. The balcony at this property has gorgeous ocean views and is perfect for sitting outside and getting some fresh air! No need to leave your villa for happy hour, the happiest hours will be spent right here!

Behind another sliding barn door is the master bedroom that has a king bed, 42” TV and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a balcony off this bedroom as well!

Barrington offers a large ocean front pool that is heated March to December. The hot tub is heated year round and there is a covered charcoal grilling area, along with elevators and a covered parking garage. 411 Barrington Court is a fabulous property with amazing views and so many more great features!
