4108 Windsor Court North is a completely updated 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa in Palmetto Dunes. This first floor very spacious villa has beautiful ocean views along with pool views. The whole living, dining and kitchen area all have very nice tile flooring throughout and the bedrooms are carpeted.

The foyer opens up into the formal dining area off to the right featuring a glass table with a palm tree base that seats six and a wet bar with granite top. To the left of the entrance is the laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The guest bedroom is down this hallway. It is has two double beds, an accent chair and 40” TV. This room shares a bathroom with the hallway. The bathroom has a granite topped single vanity and a walk-in shower.

To the left of the dining room is the updated kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and gorgeous granite counter tops. There is additional seating for three at the breakfast bar and an eat-in area with a table for four that leads out to the balcony. The balcony has a round table that also seats four. Plenty of sitting room for everyone both inside and outside.

Behind the kitchen nook is another guest room with a king bed and mounted 40” TV. This room has a private bathroom with a granite topped single vanity and a tub/shower combo. You also have access to the balcony from this room. There is a lounge chair, small table and two chairs. A great place to have your morning coffee while enjoying the ocean and pool views.

The living room has plenty of seating and leads to the large covered balcony. There is a gray couch plus three accent chairs and a mounted 55” Samsung TV. Behind the living room is the master bedroom which has a king bed and mounted 45” TV. This room has a private balcony with two chairs. The private bathroom has a granite vanity with double sinks, separate jetted tub and walk-in shower.

This villa at Windsor Court North has a community pool, hot tub, gas grilling area and children’s pool and is just steps away from the beach. Relax in this three bedroom villa and enjoy the breathtaking ocean views directly from your private balcony.
