The vacation townhome is a charming and comfortable getaway, perfect for a relaxing retreat.

As you step through the front door, you're immediately welcomed into a spacious and inviting living space. To your left is a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, making it convenient for cooking and preparing meals during your stay. The kitchen features all the amenities you need and it's designed with style and functionality in mind.

Continuing from the kitchen, you'll find an open and generously sized living room. The living room is furnished with a cozy sleeper sofa, making it an ideal spot for lounging and relaxation. It's the perfect place to unwind after a long day of adventures. A breakfast table is positioned in the living room, offering a comfortable space for morning meals and a convenient transition to the adjoining Carolina room. This open layout provides a sense of spaciousness and allows for easy socializing and entertainment.

Upstairs, the townhome boasts two well-appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed for a restful night's sleep. The master bedroom also includes an en-suite bathroom, complete with double vanities, which allows for plenty of space to get ready, and a stunning walk-in shower for a luxurious bathing experience.

The guest bedroom is equally inviting, featuring a queen-sized bed, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep for additional guests. Like the master bedroom, the guest bedroom also boasts an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, adding convenience and privacy for those staying in this room.

Sea Pines Rules and Regulations

-Sea Pines Plantation prohibits all trailers, pop-up campers, motorcycles (including three wheelers), large-lifted pickup trucks, extended vans, vans with company signage (visitors in company cars will not be allowed in), work vans, golf carts, and RVs. Boats (prior permission needed), kayaks & surf boards (must be on top of car, no trailer), and large family vans. The only exception would be handicap accessible vans.
-Parking along roadsides and off driveways is prohibited
-Beach Club parking is not available, the Trolley system must be used to access the beach club. Trolley system does not allow passengers to carry large items such as wagons, chairs or coolers
-Vehicle Passes are limited to number of cars able to fit in each driveway, Passes are required to reenter Sea Pines when on a bike, in some cabs, and using Lyft. Try to carry your passes with you when you leave for reentry to avoid any difficult situations at the gate. Bikes can reenter without pass if they take picture of the daily door code posted when they exit.
-All animals in the plantation must be on a leash at all times
-Do not disturb the wildlife. Wild Animals live in Sea Pines, such as alligators and coyotes. Please be aware of this and do not interact with the wildlife.
-Beach parking is prohibited on all roads in Sea Pines. A complimentary beach shuttle service, direct from a designated parking lot to The Sea Pines Beach Club is available for Sea Pines weekly rental guests. *Must have Short Term Weekly vehicle pass issued by Sea Pines CSA.

The villa was nice, very quiet. Saw wildlife and the short walk to the pool was convenient. Only suggestion would be to add a little more lighting to the staircase for night time.

We stayed here 4 weeks and we loved it. The house is clean and very cosy. It is a quite place as it is located in a cul de sac. Nice neighborhood and quickly at the main gate of Sea Pines.Ofcourse it is the best place to bike around as there are many bike paths and the ocean is just 10 minutes by bike.I would rent it again next time I would go to HHI.

Great property, a few small hiccups

Property was exactly as advertised. It was chilly in HHI when we were there, and there is only one heating zone. Beachside was super responsive when we asked about it. Check-in was challenging because we arrived late and had a problem finding the office. Great trip overall!

The house was nice and clean and the beds were comfortable. Having stayed at other rental homes for vacations it was a nice touch to have laundry/dish detergents/toiletries included rather than us having to purchase those items. The neighborhood was conveniently located to the beach and other sightseeing activities. Would stay again.

Perfect Spot!

This property was a perfect fit for my family of four. The house was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The keyless entry was very convenient for our family. The house was stocked with bath towels and beach towels, as expected. There were also a ton of bonus amenities, which exceeded our expectations (dishwasher & laundry pods, salt & pepper, soap, sponge, travel-size shampoo & conditioner, garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, disinfectant wipes). We were so in love with this house and already had friends book it for a week in the summer. Until next time!

Last minute vacation

We decided relatively late in the season to head to Hilton Head Island for the first time. We picked this villa not knowing much about Sea Pines or HHI. We lucked out! This villa was clean, roomy, and decorated so nicely. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely, and the kids enjoyed the pool. The beds were very comfortable too. My only suggestion would be to put better quality ice cube trays in the freezer, or better yet, install an ice maker. Otherwise, it’s perfect!

Quiet neighborhood

This property is in a quiet neighborhood just inside the Sea Pines gate. It was just as described, only better. The view out the back porch is amazing. We loved watching the alligators swim by and birds searching for food in the lagoon. Lovely rental.
