3228 Villamare is a 2 bedroom/2 Bathroom villa located on the second floor in the beautiful and serene Palmetto Dunes Resort and offers a partial ocean view from the balcony. This delightful villa has a tiled foyer with lighted wall sconces. To the right of the foyer is the fully equipped kitchen overlooking a cheerful living room. The kitchen has a large island with 3 bar stools, stainless steel appliances including a Samsung fridge and 5-burner glass top stove. Just off the kitchen is a pantry closet hidden behind a sliding barn door that has a stacked Electrolux front loading washer and dryer as well as additional storage. The dining room and living room have beautiful dark hardwood floors. The gray wooden dining table offers seating for four. The pastel striped sofa and matching loveseat offer plenty of seating for guests. A floral recliner and plush area rug complement the décor. Sit and enjoy a movie on the 55” Samsung TV. Sliding glass doors offer access to the balcony that is shared with the master bedroom. The balcony has a round table with 4 chairs and overlooks the lagoon below with an ocean view just beyond the beautiful Magnolia trees.

Just off the living room is the master bedroom where there is a king size bed, 50” TV, table & chair and a vanity mirror. The hardwood floors continue into this room with tile flooring in the private bathroom where there is a large walk-in shower and single vanity.

The large guest bedroom is to the left of the foyer and also has dark hardwood floors. This room has two Queen beds, 50” TV, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a private balcony. There are 2 chairs and a side table on this balcony allowing guests to enjoy their morning coffee listening to the sound of the ocean waves.

Complex amenities include the newly renovated family-friendly pool, sundeck and hot tub area. This project also included the addition of a brand new, adult-only, oceanfront, serenity pool with its own hot tub and sunning deck. Fresh landscaping and pavers have been installed through out these areas, including the gas grilling station and the seasonal fire pit.

Both pools are heated seasonally, March 15th - May 1st and October 15th - December 1st. {These dates are subject to change and out of our control.}
