Get ready to be impressed! This gorgeous low-country home has been completely renovated and offers one of the best pools/spas you will find on the Island, plus awesome outdoor living spaces, privacy and a charming front porch with curb appeal the minute you pull up.

29 Off Shore Drive has a beautifully landscaped yard and a farmers porch with four rocking chairs. The garage has a full-size refrigerator, corn hole game and beach chairs. As you enter from the garage into the kitchen you will first notice the beautiful hardwood floors. The updated kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and three stools at the countertop. Off one side of the kitchen is the laundry room with sink, washer and dryer. The other side has a kitchen nook where there is a round table that seats five and looks out to the backyard, pool and lagoon. A great place to have your breakfast and morning coffee!

The dining room has a high-top wood table that seats eight. To the left of the dining room is the main entrance and off to the left is a bedroom with a king bed and mounted 50” TV. There is a private bathroom with a walk-in closet, double granite vanity, soaking jet tub and walk-in shower. In the hall by the front entrance is a œ bath. The living room has vaulted ceilings, two L-shaped white couches and a mounted 65” SMART TV. Off to the side is a small round table with two chairs set up as a game table. There is Scrabble and Monopoly among other games. Great for rainy day entertainment!

The sliding doors open to a covered deck with ceiling fan and has a patio couch plus two chairs with ottomans. This overlooks the stunning backyard where you will find the pool with waterfall feature, six lounge chairs and a hammock. There is also four Adirondack chairs by the fire pit, an umbrella table that seats eight, a Weber grill and backyard games. There are even a couple chairs down by the lagoon. Definitely a backyard oasis!

Back inside, just behind the kitchen, you will find 10 steps that lead up to the bunk room that offers one twin over queen bunk and one twin over full bunk. The room also offers a foosball table, 40" SMART TV and private bathroom with shower, making this the perfect kids room!

Off the living room and up 16 steps, you find yourself on the second floor of the home and the last two guest rooms. At the top of the stairs in the loft there is a table-top arcade game with two chairs plus a comfortable reading chair in the corner. The first room to the right features a king bed with 50" SMART TV and private bathroom with shower/tub combo. At the other end of the hall is the final guest bedroom with two queen beds, 50" SMART TV and private bathroom with shower/tub combo.

Layout, privacy, stunning views of the lagoon and with the beach an easy 10 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride away, make this the perfect family vacation rental!

Family vacation

We were very disappointed in this home. Photos are VERY deceiving. Not as bright or clean as it looks in photos. Definitely needs a lot of attention/maintenance. 2 bathrooms had holes in walls where towels racks should have been. The outside shower never worked. No broom to be found anywhere. The garbage can in the kitchen was voice activated, but only worked when it wanted to. Very old coffee maker, and a single Keurig, which for a house that sleeps 14, was very surprising. Bathrooms were very dated and 1 even looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. Cushions on couch in main room were so stained to the point we had to turn 2 over they were so bad. All walls were marked up and could use a paint job throughout. Pool was nice and a saving point to be honest. Not for a family vacation, better suited for a bachelor/bachelorette party. We’ve been coming to HH for over 40 years. It’s the best place to vacation, but would never stay here again.

Wonderful family home

This is a wonderful family home that had plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 children. Spent lots of time in the backyard and pool since we had beautiful weather. Kitchen and dining tables were plenty big enough for family dinners and games. Great neighborhood close to everything. We rode bike to the beach a couple of times a day. Only negative was the foosball game in the kids room had one side broken so the kids could not play. I would highly recommend this house and we will look to rent it again.

Beautiful house with great space for families

We celebrated my mom’s 88th birthday and had a few families come together. This was the house where we hung out. The kitchen was well appointed. There were video games (an awesome old school arcade table) and corn hole. Awesome house!

As advertised - but stay way from property #1673056

This property was fantastic and was as advertised. Would recommend this to anyone! I would NOT, under any circumstance book property #1673056 “Magnificent house with pool views, private pool, pool spa & beach access”(a 4 BD in Sea Pines). This is listed under property manager VACASA. We had booked this and then 72hrs prior to our family trip, it was cancelled as “the owner now wants to use it”. VRBO claims their rebooking agents are there 24/7 but that is 100% not true. Many hours on the phone and no feedback forced us to book this property on short notice. Again this place is great. Vacasa and those owners are to blame. Unfortunately, since we never were able to stay with them, we can’t leave a review for that property which is frustrating and not fair to these owners as they were great.
