Cette villa se sent extrêmement spacieuse pour une villa 1 chambre. Le salon a des plafonds voûtés, avec une décoration de bon goût et 2 canapés, y compris un canapé-lit queen. La salle à manger ouverte continue l'atmosphère moderne et aérée et peut accueillir 4 personnes avec amplement d'espace. La cuisine a des armoires et des appareils magnifiquement mis à jour, y compris une unité combinée laveuse / sécheuse pour plus de commodité.

La chambre principale comprend un lit king-size, un grand dressing, une télévision à écran plat et toute la pièce nécessaire à la détente. La salle de bain dispose d'un combo baignoire / douche carrelée et ajoute à la sensation de luxe de la villa. Enjoyed our stay in this spacious 1BR, 1BA condo. Rooms are nice size; king-size bed was comfortable. Very nice bath with large walk-in shower. Condo is very clean & well maintained. Great location in Sea Pines. Loved that the owner provided 2 bikes for use during our rental. Would definitely stay here again.

This spot is ideally located to all on the South end of the island. A quick 3 minute stroll to Chow Daddy's/Truffles and about 10-15 minutes to Harbourtown. We appreciated the bikes and accessibility to the bike path as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Place!

Such a cute little condo in the perfect location! About a 15 minute ride to the beach and the condo has just enough space to not feel cramped (even with a toddler running around). We will certainly book again next year!

Great Getaway location

The unit we stayed is was beautiful and clean. It was central to everything in Sea Pines, restaurants, beaches, shopping, churches. Free bike rental is a bonus - beautiful biking trails, everything is accessible by bike. Our whole experience was positive.

Great stay!

We loved this condo! It was so clean and decorated well! It was the perfect size for our family of 3. Our two and a half year old had plenty of room to play! Having a washer and dry was a great plus! We loved having the pool to ourselves! Overall would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful one bedroom condo! There are three sets of steps to get up to second floor so not for someone that can’t do stairs. Condo was clean and just as pictured. We enjoyed laying by the pool every day. Short ride on bicycles to Harbour Town and Sea Pines Center. We would definitely stay there again!

Excellent rental villa, would stay again

Very comfortable, just as described. Everything worked perfectly. Bikes in very good condition, beach chairs and sun umbrella provided were Tommy Bahama. I would suggest to add a measuring cup and a thrash can with lid.

Wonderful Unit, Great Location, Definitely Returning

We had a great stay. The unit was very clean, furnishings were in great shape, tiled shower was wonderful, and everything we needed was included. The full washer and dryer/walk-in closet combination is most convenient. Location is right off the bike path, allows for biking, walks to Harbor Town and Sea Pines Center, and is a short drive (1.1 mile) to the Beach Club. We would have stayed another week except for a family commitment.

Using the remotes for the TV was a little confusing but I have found that to be a problem with all rentals. Need to provide a more detailed written instructions for using the remotes. Bed was comfortable, nice large bathroom. Great shower.

On arrival this year we noted that the villa had been updated with a complete bathroom remodel, redecorated living and bedroom, and the addition of a washer and dryer set. We love & prefer to stay in sea pines & this condo did not disappoint. Very tastefully decorated and the bathroom was phenomenal. The only reason we would not stay at this particular unit again was the stairs but we knew that going in. We will look for another unit offered by Island Rentals because we had such a great experience.
