Cette belle villa de niveau 2 est situĂ©e au coeur de la magnifique Plantation Chantier Naval. Cette villa vient de subir une rĂ©novation majeure en 2018 qui comprend tous les nouveaux sols, cuisine rĂ©novĂ©e avec appareils en acier inoxydable et Ăźlot, nouveau salon et mobilier de salle Ă  manger et salles de bains et buanderie mises Ă  jour, cette villa saura vous plaire! Une grande piscine communautaire et des courts de tennis Ă©clairĂ©s sont situĂ©s sur le terrain au bord d'un lac de pĂȘche de 5 hectares entourĂ© par le parcours de golf de Brigantine. Ces villas offrent de superbes vues sur le parcours de golf et le lagon qui ne dĂ©cevront pas.

We were very happy with our stay at Evian in Shipyards. It was a very comfortable clean place. The kitchen was very nice with everything we needed. It is convenient to the beautiful pool area and short walk to the beach. The property at Evian is so beautiful and relaxing, we will definitely be back.

Evian is a wonderful location, very peaceful and quiet with easy beach access. This unit is great, we stayed there once before. Our only problem was with TV access. The TV in the main room only works through the Roku, which may need replacing. Even though I replaced the batteries, I still had to hold the remote within 8 or so inches to get any response. Even then, it worked very slowly. TV in the primary bedroom worked fine but the cable did not work with the one in the smaller bedroom. The TV issues were not a big deal so I didn't bother to contact the host.

Honest review

While our stay at this condo was ok, I want to be very clear on a few things as this is someone's vacation and they have every right to know the good and bad. 1. Cleanliness was fantastic. 2. This condo was beautifully decorated. 3. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. 4. The area was great, not far from beach(shuttle is available) and not far from the pool. Now...the bad. 1. Beds were awful, like wake up sore uncomfortable. 2. Master bedroom is HOT, like freeze in the living room but roast in the master! 3. While this is not anyone's fault, and you are on 2nd floor(actually the reason I chose this as I didn't want anyone above me) but they might as well have been above us as I heard every footstep, every cabinet opening and shutting, door closing, tv and everything else they did.

Beautiful VRBO location in a really peaceful location surrounded by trees and walking paths. Communicating with staff was great and we had no issues whatsoever. Great home beautifully decorated. Clean and well maintained. A great part of our vacation.

Wonderful condo. Very clean and looked as photographed. We enjoyed our stay very much. I liked all of the decorative touches inside. Only very minor complaint was that the patio furniture outside isn't all that inviting to sit on and a screen on the door would be nice.

Short June Getaway

Short 5 night getaway at the end of June with two couples. Condo was spotless and accurately described. The shuttle to the beach was excellent and the driver was outstanding. When asked she gave us recommendations for local restaurants. She was always just minutes away after we called. Beach access was much better than Coligny which is overcrowded. Only hiccup was with the door code, but was immediately rectified with a phone call. If you have an opportunity to stay at the condo, jump at it.

Family vacation

We had a great time at Evian. We loved the beautiful villa! It was cozy, quiet and perfect for the 4 of us. Everything was as described. My son loved all the wild life we saw and my daughter enjoyed the bike trails. If we come back to the area we would choose this listing again!

Nice Unit

Updated 2nd floor townhouse. Kitchen was very nice. Bring your own pillows and a fan. Only downside was the windows would not open in the master bedroom. We had some nice evenings, and it would have been better to have some fresh air vs. AC. There is some mold on the ceiling of the master bathroom that could have cleaned before we checked in.

Hilton Head March 2023

The condo was great. It was very clean and we loved the open layout. Unfortunately we discovered we had no hot water. I called the number provided and an employee was there in 30 minutes. We were told they were not able to get the parts to fix the problem. The Vacation Co moved us to another place in the same area within an hour. The second condo was beautiful also. Thanks for the great customer service!!

Beautiful Condo for a Relaxing Vacation

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Evian. We've been to Hilton Head numerous times and stay in Shipyard but this was our first time staying at this condo. The Vacation Company was great to work with and the check in and check out process was wonderful. We did have an issue with ants in the kitchen which The Vacation Company worked to resolve. The condo is very nice and relaxing however there is only one towel rack in the entire condo which was one thing that detracted from the property especially with how often we went to the beach and pool. I would have liked to have more places to hang our towels to get dry. There was one hook on the back of the door in the master bath but no towel bar so that was not ideal but otherwise a great location

Clean, beautiful property

We loved our stay here. It was spotlessly clean, and looked like new. The beds were clean and comfortable, although the king bed matress sagged slightly. The area was quiet, close to everything. Will book this place again next time.

Beautiful place!

The experience staying at 227 Evian was wonderful! The listing described the unit perfectly. The pool is about a 5 minute walk away, the beach was about a 20 min walk. There is limited parking for the beach with the pass, but there is a pickup from the overflow lot. We got stuck walking back after because the golf cart only runs, so long. A sign or information about times the golf cart runs would have been helpful. After a long day at the beach walking that far wasn’t fun. A few recommendations; to provide sheets for the pullout couch, the kitchen was organized in a very confusing way (which is minimal concern, just more of an annoyance). There is a natural flow to a kitchen and it was tough to navigate at first. We also would have loved to have a grill. The dishwasher didn’t work super well, and the pans were really hard to scrub clean bc of the material of them. One more thing is my experience using the Vaykay Gear company to rent bikes was not very good at all. Even though the credit is enticing, I would use a different company next time. The beds and furniture were really comfortable. We loved all of the updates in the unit and it felt so clean! The appliances were all up-to-date and I felt sad returning home to my “older” appliances. The management company was amazing and responded so quickly as soon as I needed them. This unit is one we will always remember as one of our favorites and can’t wait to come back!!!

Beautiful condo great location

This property was the perfect escape from the cold of the North East. The property is perfectly appointed and exactly as described. The four of us immensely enjoyed our stay, and the comfort of the condo took it up another notch—the perfect location on the Island and convenient to everything.
