With thoughtful upgrades throughout and an unbeatable location near the marina, this 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath retreat is perfect for families or couples seeking a relaxing, resort-style island getaway.

Upon entering the villa, you’re immediately welcomed by expansive water views that set the tone for your stay. The home has been completely renovated, blending crisp coastal design with modern comfort. The bright, white kitchen features a spacious five-foot island, quartz countertops, and brand-new appliances, opening seamlessly into a dining area with seating for six and additional counter seating — ideal for gathering after a day on the water.

A few steps down, the living room offers stunning, unobstructed views of Braddock Cove, where you can enjoy watching birds, boats, and marine life throughout the day. Sliding doors lead to the back patio, the perfect spot for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or simply soaking in the peaceful waterfront setting.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom provides a true retreat with vaulted ceilings, an en-suite bathroom featuring double sinks and a modern shower, and incredible views of the cove. Step onto the private balcony to take in vistas that stretch all the way to the sound. The second bedroom includes a Queen bed and built-in bunk beds, making it ideal for a small family or kids’ getaway. Beautiful property in fantastic location

Very clean. Wonderful location with pier great for fishing, right across from tennis and pickleball and next to Salty Dog Cafe and shops. We loved it! A nice addition might be a couple family games. We will enjoy returning for another vacation!!

Great South Beach Location

If you want to walk out your door to tennis, pickleball, or The Salty Dog this is your location! The beach is an easy short walk as well. The unit comes with two bikes and easy to rent others right in South Beach. The unit is as shown and is comfortable. The kitchen was lacking cooking and baking equipment. I did co tact the host and they brought over a few missing items. Overall they are responsive and this is a nicely updated unit.

Perfect Location

Great location! Close to the Salty Dog, quick walk to the beach, tennis/pickleball courts. Beautifully appointed, clean condo. Beautiful water views and we even got to see some dolphins right from the backyard one evening. Would definitely like to return!

Great stay in South Beach

Last minute family vacation to South Beach. The condo is located in the middle of all the action there and is well appointed and designed. Steps to the private dock where we fished, kayaked and paddle boarded in the sound. That was just the morning before heading on our bikes to the beach! Great place and we look forward to returning.

Perfect Getaway!

Loved the location and the condo was beautifully set up, clean and updated! It had everything we needed and we loved the use of the bikes and beach chairs! If you like a firm bed, it is great but we would have enjoyed a softer bed more. The living room furniture was comfortable and we enjoyed the outside patio with the view of the marsh! Would definitely return!

Great Condo and location!

We had a wonderful time. Our only complaint was with the scheduling/payment communication as well as the check in communication with the rental company. I was sent a email when the second payment was due that said we were all set and the payments were complete in full. The email provided me the log in information for the unit as well. I then started getting emails 10 days before the stay saying we had not paid the final payment. When I called the rental company, they said sometimes incorrect emails get sent out??? I thought that was very strange, so I asked which email was correct then, the one that said we were fully paid or the one that said we were past due? It finally got worked out but that was frustrating. We have booked probably 25 other VRBO's across the U.S. and never had that issue. When we arrived at the check in booth for the subdivision, they said we needed to go to a Welcome center to get a parking pass. In our opinion that should have been laid out in the directions, with the address of the pick up location so we did not have to make an additional stop at a different location. Other than those issues with the rental company, the Condo itself was great both the accommodations and the view were wonderful!

Enjoyable stay

Property was very nice, well supplied and nicely situated in Sea Pines. We really enjoyed the the condo and amenities. The only two issues we had was picking up the car pass upon arrival and our water being shutoff on the last day of our stay at 9 AM on Saturday. I asked the question about the car pass upon booking and didn’t receive any response. Also, I didn’t see any details about the pass in any email or on the hospitality app. I had to pay for the first day as I arrived after 5PM and didn’t call the emergency number. The water issue was very inconvenient as it was not communicated prior to cutoff and was very I’ll timed as it was right before our checkout when we were trying to shower before the long ride home. Anyway, even with those two issues, we had a good time and enjoyed the condo.

Enjoyable Week

Our condo was very comfortable during a very hot week in HH! We loved being within walking distance of the South Beach Marina (the kids walked over to get ice cream nearly every night) and Pickleball courts! With being there during the busiest week of the year (4th of July), we were still able to find easy beach access without the crowds! We loved being able to bike all over Sea Pines. We would do this again!

Beautiful place

We just spent four and a half delightful weeks at 1625 and were please from the moment we walked in. The view straight ahead was of an idyllic water way inlet with mashes and beautiful birds. The unit is so well equipped it’s amazing. You want for nothing in this perfectly appointed kitchen which made cooking at home on an occasional night a delight! We loved the decor and everything was immaculate. The King sized bed was very comfortable and there was good closet and storage space for our things. The cooling and heating system is excellent and works quickly! Almost ever detail you can imagine has been tended to. There are two things that would make this absolutely perfect
.A screen door off the living room facing the water and ceiling fans in the upstairs bedrooms. Having said that I would still rate this five stars plus!
