We arrived around 9:00 pm, and everything was exactly as pictured and described. The property is nicely updated with a remodeled interior and has everything needed for a comfortable stayâ a fully equipped kitchen, a coffee machine supplied with coffee pods (big plus for us), multiple sets of linens and towels, cleaning supplies, and very detailed instructions.One thing to keep in mind is that this is a condo in a larger complex, so not everyone is necessarily in âvacation mode.â The hot water supply is shared with multiple units, so it may take a few minutes to get hot water for a shower, especially during peak usage times.As mentioned in the listing, the laundry facilities are located in a separate building, so plan accordingly. A full cycle takes about 1Âœ hours, and youâll need quarters or the laundry app (which requires a minimum 10 deposit).Another minor inconvenience is that the only AC unit is a portable one located in the living/kitchen area. We visited in early March, and the nights were quite cool, so we didnât feel the need for additional AC units in the bedrooms.We stayed for three nights and really enjoyed it. The owner was very responsive and even flexible with our checkout time, which we appreciated.We would definitely stay here again!
