Spectaculaire vue sur la montagne, panoramique de trois Ă©tats (Caroline du Nord, Caroline du Sud, et la GĂ©orgie). Cette maison de luxe est situĂ© sur Wildcat Ridge (ci-dessus Wildcat Country Club Ă  Highlands, Caroline du Nord) au-dessus de Whiteside Mountain (une des plus anciennes montagnes du monde). C'est la plus haute maison de la rĂ©gion, situĂ©e juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© des terres forestiĂšres pour plus d'intimitĂ© et un accĂšs facile aux sentiers de randonnĂ©e. S'il vous plaĂźt Ă©crivez-moi si vous ne voyez pas la disponibilitĂ© immĂ©diate. Il y a toujours une chance que je puisse t'atteindre cette annĂ©e ou la suivante.

Notre maison a tout le confort: les Smart TV, Tivo, Blu-Ray, un lecteur de DVD dans le salon et trois chambres. cĂąble et haute vitesse, Internet sans fil Ă  la maison et sur les ponts. Douches avec au moins deux tĂȘtes de douche et la pression de l'eau. Deux personne jacuzzi avec vue panoramique. De nombreuses terrasses avec une variĂ©tĂ© de meubles de patio. Weber grill et foyer extĂ©rieur. garage fermĂ©. Chauffage central et AC ainsi que des ventilateurs de plafond. Tous les appareils modernes et buanderie spacieuse. TempurPedic et cĂ©leste lits. GĂ©nĂ©rateur automatique. vie privĂ©e dĂ©licieux.

ALL revenus locatifs va directement au maintien et à l'amélioration de la maison, et des améliorations sont apportées chaque année.

L'emplacement de la propriété est inestimable. Vraiment inestimable. Nous louons la maison afin que nous puissions le garder dans la famille depuis plusieurs générations.

Durée minimum du séjour est d'une semaine. Séjours sont du samedi au samedi (check-in à 15h00; départ à 10h00).

Whiteside Villa is not only the highest home in the Highlands-Cashiers area, it also has the best views of any home in the area, including neighboring homes. It is truly "heavenly," and it exceeds the photo descriptions in every possible way. Not only is this home luxurious and stocked with everything one could possibly need, it is always immaculate. The hostess, Anne, is always available when you need her, and she takes care to provide detailed information about the home, so you always know how everything works. You've probably already read about the FLW-influenced architecture and the "epic" bathrooms, and everything lives up to the hype. Whiteside Villa also has its own gated and paved driveway and is conveniently located between Highlands and Cashiers. One of the many features is the private access to the Whiteside Mountain Hiking Trail -- it's only a few feet from the front door! If you want to experience the mountains and infinite mountain views with exclusivity and privacy, no other home can compare!!! Highly recommended!!!

This is a wonderful house, particularly if you’re a Frank Lloyd Wright fan of mid century modern architecture. Absolutely stunning! Never Disappoints

Lovely well maintained home in great up to date beautiful condition with all amenities and fantastic mountain views. Situated in a private secluded area but only 15 minutes from either Highlands or Cashiers over paved well maintained roads. The architecture of the house is unique and charming.

Immaculate, beautiful, comfortable. And this is just the inside. Outside there are incredible views of three states, sunrise through sunset. It makes me happy. Can't recommend it highly enough. Anne is easy to work with and very prompt.

Outstanding mountain views

If you’re looking for incredible long-range mountain views then you definitely will want to stay at Whiteside Villa. This is the most unique house on the side of the mountain with a direct close up view of Whiteside Mountain. Anne is the most superb host! The house is always incredibly clean and well maintained. She takes great pride in doing upgrades in the house every year. I can’t say enough about this wonderful property. :).

Haven in the Clouds

Whiteside Villa never disappoints. For almost 30 years this has been my family's place to relax and recharge. All the up to date amenities of modern life with the same 30 mile view enjoyed by the original settlers of HIghlands. The best of both worlds and no better place to be on the Plateau.

Paradise on Whiteside

We have rented this gorgeous home for many years, and it never disappoints. The home is magnificently furnished and immaculate. No detail for the ultimate vacation is left undone. A short distance out of the front door leads you to the Whiteside Mountain hiking trail. The home is conveniently located between Highlands and Cashiers with plenty of privacy. The views from the wrap around deck are breathtaking! We simply cannot get enough of this beautiful home. We look forward to returning again in fall.

Rock Stars and Movie Stars continued........

This is our third time staying at Whiteside Villa but certainly not our last. In a prior review I said this is where rock stars and movie stars go to for a retreat. There is really no way to adequately describe this home. Its an architectural gem. The views are simply stunning with long range layered views that are changing constantly. Its located in a private gated enclave with direct access to Whiteside Mountain park which is some of the best hiking in the area hands down. The bathrooms are entirely another story. One with a Jacuzzi tub surrounded by glass for an experience and view few will ever experience. The other a stone grotto floor to ceiling stone shower that is absolutely invigorating as it is beautiful. We travel extensively and have stayed at many fine homes but this is our favorite one hands down. There is an energy in this home that is indescribable but undeniable. Staying here at Whiteside Villa is beyond any expectations. It exceeds them. Anne is a first class host/owner and no attention to detail is overlooked. Its a house that feels like a home the minute you set foot in it. This is not just a retreat or vacation.....its an experience. Thanks Anne for sharing this home.

It just keeps getting better

It's my 24th year here. Each year there are thoughtful improvements in the house. Comfortable, quiet, solid. My kind of fancy. Built with a vision and maintained to the same level. Comfy beds, very cool bathrooms. Big TVs. The view outside is phenomenal. Stop trying other houses and stay here. You won't regret it. The owner is a dream - communicative, responsive and helpful.

There are really no words to summarize an experience in this "wonder home". The views, the vibes, the uniqueness are unsurpassed. I can only recommend you scroll through the photos and multiply that by infinity. You simply cannot capture the overall essence of it all, exterior and interior. And let's talk about Anne, your hostess with the mostest. She makes you feel at home before you ever arrive and all throughout your stay. She goes out of her way to make sure your experience is beyond perfection. And it was! We feel beyond blessed to have stumbled across this magical place and manage to snag a week.

There is no way that words can describe the views here. You are directly adjacent to Whiteside Mountain and the surrounding views are unsurpassed. Anne is the BEST property manager imaginable. Never ceases to amaze

Our first visit to Whiteside Villa was when our children were in elementary school. Now in their early 30s, they both make their way back from LA and DC to spend time with us here every year. While the house is updated every year, the spectacular view remains the same. And the memories last forever.

A heavenly vacation

Our family has stayed at Whiteside Villa for many years and each stay is wonderful. Every comfort and detail is seen about by the owners. The house is always immaculate and beautifully furnished. Each time that we leave, we can not imagine that it could be any better. But the owners always surprise us with new updates every year that make it even more perfect. The view from the deck is breathtaking. The house is private and situated on the top of Whiteside Mountain. Just a few steps out of the front door and you will find yourself on the popular Whiteside Mountain hiking trail. The house is conveniently located halfway between Highlands and Cashiers. You will not be disappointed if you choose to vacation at Whiteside Villa. It is truly heavenly.
