Located close to town, this beautiful, recently renovated 3-bedroom, 3.5 bath home sits high upon a knoll and overlooks the shimmering water of Lake Sequoyah. The access ramp from the expansive paved parking area makes it 'almost' handicap accessible, and an easy job of loading and unloading your car.

Main Level:
Upon entering the home, you’re welcomed into a large living room featuring a gorgeous stone fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings. The light-filled dining room has French doors leading to a deck, ideal for outdoor entertaining. The kitchen is cozy with a breakfast nook and a pass-through to the dining and living areas. The main level also features a primary bedroom with its own spacious bath, complete with a relaxing garden tub, perfect after a day of hiking. An access ramp from the paved parking area makes it easy to load and unload your car.

Upper Level:
On the upper level, you'll find two large bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and the other with a King bed. There is also a full hallway bath for guests to share.

Lower Level:
The lower level includes a family game room with a pool table and comfy couches, perfect for family movie nights and entertainment.

At the front of the home, a charming covered porch welcomes you with classic rocking chairs and a cozy porch swing—an ideal spot to sit back, relax, and take in the peaceful lake views just across the road. Just off the dining room, an open-air porch offers the perfect setting for outdoor cooking and casual dining, complete with a gas grill, iron chairs, and a bistro-style dining set that invites long, leisurely meals in the fresh mountain air.
