As you drive up to Evergreen Acres, you will be greeted by an inviting front porch where you can hear birds singing and certain times of year see the Mountain Laurel lined driveway in full bloom.

As you enter the front door you will be amazed at the massive space inside. To your immediate left are stairs leading up, a hall way in front of you with an open spacious newly remodeled kitchen, dining room with walls of windows and natural light, an open grand living room with gorgeous vaulted natural tongue and groove ceiling and stone wood burning fireplace, large screen tv and ample seating. This main floor also has 1 bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms. The King Bedroom has a full ensuite bathroom, sitting area, & large screen tv.

Upstairs you will find two additional bedrooms, one with a King size bed, and an all age bunk room, with triple bunk bed, single bed and queen size bed, along with a wide open loft, with a full size bed. This floor also features a full bathroom with shower/tub combo, a half bathroom that adjoins the loft, a designated office desk space, a gym area with a Peloton Exercise Bike, Free Weights, & Yoga mat, along with wide open shelves housing a library of books for all ages, assorted games & puzzles. This floor is 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, plus the loft space and can sleep 10 it is spacious and has all been newly styled and remodeled.

Downstairs to the bottom floor you will enter another family room with large screen tv, air hockey table, PacMan arcade game, wine fridge, ice maker and comfortable sectional that has room for everyone. This floor also has two bedrooms, a full spacious bathroom w/oversize shower, and laundry room. The bathroom has two mirrors making sharing the space and getting ready for the adventures of the day a breeze. One bedroom has a King size bed, the second bedroom has two twins.
