Head through the front door of this lovely property and into the stone flagged hallway with a large map showing you the area. The generous kitchen/diner is off the hallway with views to the front courtyard, with exposed beams and a warming Aga adding to the farmhouse style. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of modern appliances so the family chef can create a range of meals. There is a a large farmhouse table where you can enjoy sitting together at mealtimes and a Smart TV on the wall for entertainment. There is a downstairs WC and the utility room is across the hallway, perfect for storing walking gear and boots when you come back from a walk with the dog. There is a useful sink, washing machine, and tumble dryer, as well as a tall freezer and a spare dog cage, if required. The lounge has lovely views of the garden, with comfortable seating and a warming wood burner set into the inglenook fireplace for cosy evenings in, playing board games, or watching a movie on Smart TV. A door from the lounge leads through to the light and airy reading room with a couple of comfortable seats and a range of books to browse. Guests can use the telescope for dark sky gazing and French doors open to the garden. The bedrooms are all on the first floor. From the landing, a step up takes you into the bright and spacious super-king-size bedroom with plenty of storage, an easy chair, and views of the garden.
