The family shower room has a large walk-in double shower and underfloor heating for your comfort.



With so much to see and do, this location is excellent for walkers and cyclists exploring the spectacular scenery of the North of England. Within a 20-minute drive visit the Vindolanda Roman Fort, the world-famous Sycamore Gap on Hadrian’s Wall and the most photographed, iconic tree from the movie ‘Robin Hood’. Nearby, visit the historic market town of Hexham or the Roman town of Corbridge and meander round its boutique shops, art galleries and antique shops, stop for a coffee or take a stroll along the river. Locally there is an abundance of eateries to choose from. For the golf enthusiast, Close House Golf Course is just a 25-minute drive away. For a day at the races, Hexham racecourse is just 15 minutes’ away. In just over an hour you can reach the golden beaches at Tynemouth or head further north to explore the Northumberland coastal villages of Amble, Bamburgh, Warkworth and many more.
