Welcome to our newly renovated five-bedroom home in Kawungan, Hervey Bay. Spacious, comfortable and thoughtfully furnished, the home is ideal for families, groups, work stays, relocations and longer visits to the Fraser Coast.
The home features a large modern kitchen, open-plan living area, five comfortable bedrooms, a dedicated workspace, foosball table, air-conditioning and relaxed coastal styling. The beds, furniture, appliances and household fittings have been newly selected to create a fresh and practical home-away-from-home for up to 11 guests.
The space
The standout feature is the spacious renovated kitchen, which offers generous bench space, full-size appliances, excellent storage and breakfast-bar seating, making it ideal for preparing family meals, entertaining your group or settling in for a longer stay.
The bright open-plan living area provides plenty of room to relax, with comfortable leather lounges, a Smart TV, ceiling fan, air-conditioning and additional casual seating. A foosball table adds entertainment for children and adults, while the separate desk area provides a convenient place to work or study.
With five bedrooms and seven beds, the home offers flexible sleeping arrangements and privacy for families, groups travelling together, corporate guests, contractors and relocation stays.
The property is conveniently located in Kawungan, with easy access to Hervey Bay’s shopping centres, beaches, cafés, schools, medical facilities and major work locations across the Fraser Coast.
Guest access
Guests have full and private access to the entire five-bedroom home and backyard.
Self check-in is available through a smart lock. The wide driveway provides parking for up to four vehicles and may also accommodate a boat or caravan. Additional undercover parking is available behind the side access.
Please note that the separate lock-up garage at the rear of the property is reserved for owner storage and is not available to guests.
Other things to note
Exterior security cameras are installed at the front and rear of the property for security purposes. The cameras monitor outdoor areas only, and there are no cameras inside the home.
Routine lawn maintenance is carried out approximately every three weeks and generally takes around 45 minutes. Guests will be notified in advance when maintenance is scheduled during their stay.
For added convenience, the council rubbish and recycling bins are moved to the kerb on Tuesday and returned on Wednesday.
