Just 20 minutes from Elizabeth City, an hour from Norfolk/Virginia Beach, and 2.5 hours from Raleigh, it’s the ideal escape for weddings*, retreats, family gatherings, or a peaceful getaway.
Your stay includes exclusive use of both the main house (4 bed, 2.5 bath) and the guesthouse (2 bed, 2 bath), with a golf cart provided for easy access between the two.
On the water, enjoy a large event area with a screened-in gazebo, a beautiful pergola, a spacious deck, and a private dock. The estate feels like your own boutique resort, with amenities including:
~Kayaks, paddle board & giant Lilly Pad for waterfront fun
~Lawn games, bikes & yoga mats to keep everyone moving
~Outdoor kitchen for alfresco dining
~8 ft. pool table, plus a game room with air hockey, pinball, arcade machine, foosball & darts, and a ping pong table for some friendly competition

~A back porch with double sliding glass doors will reveal the gorgeous views of the water. On the porch you’ll find ample seating, including a beautiful wood dining table for 6, a glider, and couch area for conversation.
~The great room, located on the top floor has a pool table, a large comfy sectional couch and a 65” smart TV. Double sliding glass doors lead to a covered porch where you can enjoy amazing views of the water and sunsets.
