Please note, this villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 150cm wide alongside 2 steps. The front door has a width of 90cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 90cm wide. There are a few steps from the house to the terrace and a further 2 steps to the poolside. The terrace is crazy paved which can be uneven in places. Inside, from the dining area, kitchen and bedrooms there are 2 internal steps. From the dining area to the lounge there are 4 internal steps, and from the lounge to the utility area there are 11 steps. This is a ground-floor property. The double bedroom door is 73cm wide, and the bathroom door is 74cm wide.
