The villa is spread across two levelsâground floor and first floorâconnected by a beautiful marble staircase.
Ground floor:
This level features a spacious living room and a fully equipped modern kitchen, both furnished with high-quality, contemporary pieces. A comfortable room with a double bed is also available on the ground floor for your convenience. The open-plan design enhances comfort and functionality, while a convenient WC serves this floor.
There are two elegant dining areas: one in the kitchen and another in the living room, where guests can enjoy meals with views of either the lush green backyard or the sparkling blue pool. The floor connects to the main entrance at the front and the pool area at the back, while also opening onto a generous 20 sq. m balcony with stunning views.
First Floor:
Upstairs, three spacious bedrooms each offer breathtaking sea views, the luxury of a private en-suite bathroom, and air conditioning in every bedroom for maximum comfort. Their presence is very discreet, as they primarily work early in the morning to take care of the **property, pool cleaning, general maintenance, and garden watering**. However, they are always available if you need any **assistance, service, or local information** during your stay.
