From fresh-air dinning to blissful green sanctuaries, the Villa offers a mesmerising al fresco BBQ space designed to maximise your sense of outdoor living and being. Sipping crisp Greek wine with family and loved ones at the outdoor meticulous seating area or at the outdoor dinning area, that can easily accommodate all your guests. An garden inside the villa premises, offers a sense of tranquility and reconnection with nature, making it a symbol of peace and time only for you and your loved ones. Lively, mysterious & ever-so romantic Villa is an atmospheric retreat surrounded by natural living & only within a few minutes walking distance to the beach. A playground is also available for our younger guests.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 70 €/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available

Internal Living
Ground Floor Indoor Floor
Individually crafted to frame extraordinary rural views and furnished with the finest comforts our Villa is the perfect sanctuary to bring friends and family together. Entering the Villa you will be overwhelmed by the abundance of space in the living room & dinning area, centred by a fire place. With a fully-equipped, exemplary kitchen that flows to light-filled living room from one side and on to the additional kitchen area - dinning space overlooking your private pool on the other side. A few steps further, promising peaceful slumber, lay three airy bedrooms that offer serene havens to retreats, displayed across the ground floor for ultimate privacy. The first Bedroom feature a Queen’s bed (1.60x2.00 with an indulgent en - suite bathroom with shower. An additional bedroom with a double bed (1,40x2), fresh and airy promises a romantic escape where you can waltz freely to the rhythmic beat of your untamed hearts. For your outmost comfort there is an additional bathroom with shower available to share. The third bedroom feature two single beds (0.90x2.00). Six guests can be accommodated in real beds.

First Floor
A few stairs up (separate entrance), lays another spacious lounge that can be cherished by an entire family. With an additional state of art designed living room, another fully equipped kitchen, offering two more bedrooms effortlessly and elegantly furnished with queen size bed (1,80x2) bed & another Twin bedroom with bunk-beds for two more guests. Four guests can sleep in real beds. The first floor features a bathroom with a shower cabin. This floor can be the ideal hideaway for your teenager guests or split the spaces comforts for two families or a group of friends.

The Villa, can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in real beds. All this and many more make this Villa, the perfect hideaway, for a group of 10 guests, to spend their next holiday break in Crete.

For Relaxation
Return home to salute the day outdoors with a G&T or a glass of wine, watching the colours explode. A brand new Villa for family/friend celebrations with plenty of space for several generations to unwind. In addition, only within 10 minutes walking distance, a sand-between-toes visit to the Gouves beach is a must during your stay.

Practicalities
There is secure parking space at the Villa’s premises for 3 cars. Additional cars, can be also accommodated outside of the villa. The property is well-equipped with all the mod cons; Fridge with freezer, Electric stove with oven, Espresso machine (capsules) & Filter coffee machine, Microwave, Food Processor (Multi), Kettle, Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Juice Maker, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Iron & Board, Hair dryer, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Smoke Detector, two open plan fully equipped kitchens!
