The Space:

This cosy and welcoming 3-room holiday flat on the 2nd floor (easily accessible via a flight of stairs) offers a generous 80 m² of space, providing the perfect setting for a carefree family holiday or a relaxing break with your four-legged friend.

The spacious, light-filled living room, with two cosy sofas and two armchairs, is perfect for games evenings together or relaxing after an eventful day at the beach. A modern flat-screen TV and a stereo system provide entertainment. From the living area, you have direct access to the idyllic balcony – the ideal spot to unwind whilst enjoying a peaceful view of the countryside.

The fully equipped kitchenette leaves nothing to be desired for self-caterers and is ideally suited to longer stays. With an electric hob, oven, dishwasher, a large fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and kettle, you’ll be perfectly equipped to conjure up culinary delights for the whole family.

The flat has two separate, cosy bedrooms. Both are fitted with comfortable king-size beds, guaranteeing you restful nights and a deep sleep. In total, the accommodation can flexibly accommodate up to 5 guests.

A real bonus for families: in addition to the main bathroom, which features a spacious bath perfect for relaxing, there is an additional, separate guest toilet – ideal for easing the morning rush in a relaxed manner.

Shops, cosy cafés and restaurants are all within easy walking distance. Nestled between the Baltic Sea and Lake Schloonsee, the accommodation is the ideal base from which to explore the unspoilt nature of the Usedom Nature Park on foot or by bike.
