Sleeping up to 17 guests, this unique property is made up of two internally connected holiday cottages, offering both communal gathering spaces and private retreats.

Designed for togetherness and comfort across the two cottages, you’ll find - Eight beautifully appointed bedrooms, including versatile twin/king options to suit all groups, multiple bathrooms, ensuring plenty of space for large groups. Two fully equipped kitchens, perfect for preparing hearty meals together, spacious dining areas where everyone can gather for laughter-filled meals. Two cosy lounges with wood burners—perfect for movie nights or curling up with a book. A fantastic games room with a 6’ billiard table, board games, and a TV for family fun. A reading nook and library, ideal for quiet moments.

Breath taking outdoor spaces -step outside and immerse yourself in nature. Large woodland gardens and walking trails – ideal for kids to explore and adults to unwind. - 8 bedrooms – 4 king-size,3 twin rooms with 2`6” beds (which can be made up as king size beds on request), 1 triple
- 7 bathrooms 1 bathroom with shower over bath and WC, 1 bathroom with bath and WC, 1 shower room and WC, 3 en-suite bathrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and WC
- Seating for dining for up to 17 people
- 2 Double ovens, 2 electric hobs, 2 microwaves,3 large fridges, 3 freezers, 3 dishwashers, 3 washing machines, 3 tumble dryers
- Welcome hamper on arrival
- Smart TV in lounges, kitchens and games room, each with Sky TV, Netflix and DVD
- Alexa's throughout property
- 2 Wood burners (logs provided)
- Biomass heating – from 1st October to 1st April - At other times owner requires a 24 hours notice for the boiler to be heated
- Enclosed woodland garden, decked balcony and outdoor furniture
- 2 Fire pits and 2 BBQ's
- Outdoor table tennis table available on request
- Travel cot, 2 highchairs and 2 booster seats available
- Bike storage/washing facilities
- Ample parking - available for at least 6 cars
- Up to 40% discount to registered charities (subject to owners approval)
- Hay on Wye is 2.5 miles with shops, pubs and restaurants
- Stag and hen parties welcome - £300 refundable security deposit to be discussed with owner prior to booking
- 32amp charge point available (50p kwh paid direct to owner)
