Profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews are required to pay a $500 damage deposit prior to a booking being confirmed and check in instructions being shared. The damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of a reservation assuming there is no damage to the property.


Please note that profiles with lower review rating than 4 starts will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. Peaceful Retreat with Thoughtful Hosts

We stayed for nearly a month in this beautifully decorated 3-bedroom, 2-bath home, nestled in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Temp home for job

I rented this property for some coworkers who worked a job in Waynesboro for a few weeks. The communication with the owner was amazing. I had zero issues with the property and not a single complaint from my coworkers, which made my job a breeze. I'm thankful for the incredible hospitality and ease of checking in and out. Family vacation

The property was beautiful and clean. The property manager was wonderful. The lawn was in between services. He had the lawn taken care of in a couple hours as well as gaining access to a closet that the lock code wasn’t working. Nice quiet area and I was in walking distance of family. Kids played in the backyard which is private and a nice size. We will be back again. Love it!!!

Great masters house.

Needed a simple house setup for a group of guys going to the Masters. This house fit the bill perfectly. Pretty easy drive to Augusta. Also across the street from a semi private course. I would stay here again.

Great Stay!

Clean home in a quiet safe neighborhood. Great space for the little ones and all the amenities you could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable, the water pressure was amazing in the primary on suite bathroom. The attached garage made unloading/loading extremely easy and it was large enough to fit our Tahoe. Our family would definitely stay here again.
