For added convenience, there is a walkway leading all the way to the water, making it accessible for anyone who needs extra assistance. Enjoy the use of our private dock, with a water depth of 4-6 feet, perfect for tying off your watercraft. Explore the lake with the provided kayaks and paddleboard, or gather around the fire pit in the evening for a cozy night under the stars.

This home is clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the essentials for a great stay. The spacious layout includes four bedrooms and three bathrooms, accommodating families or small groups with ease. With two full kitchens, one on each level, you'll have plenty of room to prepare meals, and our coffee station ensures your mornings start off right. As a special welcome, enjoy a complimentary gift of champagne upon arrival.

The downstairs entertainment room is a hub of activity, featuring shuffleboard, foosball, board games, and a smart TV. To get you started...
The bathrooms are stocked with courtesy soaps and shampoos designed for quick "off the shelf" use.  Each bathroom has a roll of septic-friendly toilet tissue as a starter. You are encouraged to bring whatever you feel you might need beyond the courtesy items provided.

The kitchens are stocked with one roll of paper towels, one trash bag for the kitchen trashcan, trial-size dish soap, two dishwasher pods and 1 sponge.  You are encouraged to bring whatever you feel you might need beyond the courtesy items provided.

A few more tid-bits...  :)
1.  Trained service animals are welcome!  Otherwise, we have a strict "no pets" policy.  We can help arrange lodging for your pets (as long as they are up to date on shot records which must be provided) at a local boarding facility during your stay, if you'd like; just give us a call...way in advance as they fill up fast!

2.  The house, like 99% of all lake homes on Lake Gaston, uses a septic system.  This system is a finely balanced biological system.  Please help us keep it working flawlessly by flushing ONLY toilet paper.  Renters are responsible for any damage caused by misuse.

3.  Bow-Riders and deep draft Wake Board boats need to check their Hummingbirds to ensure adequate depth in all coves.  Pontoons should have no issues and everyone is welcome to tie off at the dock with rental boats.(make sure to bring your bumpers!).

4.  Culverts & Bridges:  Be sure to lower your bimini top when going under bridges or through culverts.  Appearances can be deceiving!

5. Security Camera Disclosure:  We take your privacy very seriously.  However, this home is monitored by exterior security cameras in the following locations:
