**PET POLICY NOTICE**
We welcome up to **two small (well trained) dogs** at our property. Please note that we **charge a pet fee of $150 per dog**, which **must be paid prior to receiving your check-in instructions**. This fee is separate from the total booking amount and will need to be settled before your stay.

DOG ITEMS PROVIDED: A large dog crate and comfy bed, water & food bowls. We also provide the following supplies: Dog Poop Scooper & Bags to keep the area clean.

• No smoking or vaping; penalty fees apply

• No parties or events without prior written approval and agreed fee; violations incur penalties

• Quiet hours: 10:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m.

• Security: Two exterior cameras monitor the driveway/front porch and rear/side areas

• Mountain wildlife: Black bears and insects are common in WNC—secure trash, keep vehicles locked, and avoid leaving food outside

• Travel insurance recommended: No refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages, or events beyond our control
