Creekside Cabin w/ Jacuzzi, Fire Pit, Views and old rustic appeal!

Clemontine’s – Welcome to our new construction home built in the foot print of our grandmothers old home and on family land in gorgeous Western NC. While we couldn’t preserve her house, you will see some aspects of the old homeplace still intact, like the springhouse, the smokehouse, corn crib and the old grapevines still on the property. We also tried to incorporate some materials from the old house as well, an old door for a headboard in the Master bedroom, tin roofing as old barn doors in various places, multiple old chest of drawers, old vanity repurposed, china cabinet repurposed, the old oil drum made a great love seat on the back porch, several other old doors as a coffee table and hall tree, some old windows and various other odds and ends. The home is in a great location in the Fruitland Area of Hendersonville, NC, with close access to Chimney Rock and Lake Lure, Biltmore Estates and Asheville, NC. The home is located near popular apple orchards (Justus Orchard, Stepps Hillcrest Orchard, Grandad's Apples N Such, Nix Pumpkin Patch and many more ) as well as Dupont State Park. So whether you want to get outdoors to hike, fish or Mtn bike, or visit the local breweries/Wineries (Point Lookout and Burntshirt Vineyards) or shops downtown, we hope you will enjoy our little mountain getaway.

The home offers 2 bedrooms and 2 œ baths. The master suite offers a king size bed and master bath with separate tub and shower with dual vanity. The upstairs loft offers a twin bed and full bath, along with a futon that could be used for sleeping as well. Linens and towels are provided.

The home comes complete with a fully stocked kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Dishwasher and coffee maker are available.

A couch and chair round out the living space featuring a 65” TV and gas logs.

Fire pit, pavilion, outdoor seating with Mtn views and a Jacuzzi Hot Tube are your items of choice for relaxing outdoors.

From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and peaceful. The room was extremely clean and very comfortable, making it easy to relax and feel at home right away. The jacuzzi was absolutely amazing and became one of our favorite parts of the stay—it was the perfect way to unwind and enjoy the moment.We also made great use of the grill, which worked perfectly and added to the experience by allowing us to enjoy meals together as a family. Spending time around the fire pit was truly special; those moments of laughter, conversation, and togetherness are memories we’ll always cherish.What really stood out most was the peaceful setting. It gave us a true home-away-from-home feeling, allowing us to disconnect from the stress of everyday life and just enjoy being present with one another. The perfect house

House was perfect for our four day stay. Pictures match the dwelling. Communication with owners - seamless. Location to Hendersonville, Asheville and other towns made getting around easy. Peaceful Stay

We had an amazing time staying at your home. My friend and I needed a break from the daily hussle of normal life and this was the perfect place to be. It was so quiet, with birds chirping beautifully in the morning. We loved reading about the history and story of the property. Great location

We came for a short stay and loved this property! The history of pieces of the home were really sweet, all while enjoying a very modern, comfortable home. The property butts up to an apple orchard with Shetland cows! We got to make friends with them and feed the apples in the mornings. In the evenings, a dip in the hot tub while it was chilly outside was heaven! Close to a few cute downtown areas, this is a great home to stay in if you want to get out of the hustle and bustle, but still be able to get to restaurants and shops.

Great house with lots of privacy and space

When we arrived at the property it was better than advertised. It had plenty of space and was private. A perfect location for a getaway weekend. The house was super clean and felt cozy. Adorable Farmhouse getaway

Very nice farmhouse. We enjoyed our stay and it was convenient to everything. We visited apple orchards, shopped in Hendersonville and neighboring cities. Went to Burntshirt winery and enjoyed seeing Chimney Rock. Looking forward to hiking there. At dusk in this country setting you can enjoy stars and fire flies. The Mountain View’s are beautiful. Looking forward to visiting again.

Relaxing and Refreshing Retreat

This farmhouse was the perfect getaway for our 20th anniversary! The new construction had all the amenities of a modern home with the beautiful farm landscape around us (we enjoyed greeting the beautiful horse and mule each morning). The master bedroom and bath was a spacious retreat in itself. The property is about 30 minutes from attractions in Asheville and I suggest a visit to the Stone Ashe Vineyard about a mile away to enjoy a gorgeous view while enjoying a glass of wine. Cameron was a responsive host who provided a great history of the property, homemade apple jam and we even scored some fresh made banana bread from a family member on our way out :) definitely a place to return!

Family Vacation

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. The property is beautiful and the history of it makes it a true gem. A few FYI’s for future guests - the master toilet seat doesn’t fit the toilet properly, there is no keurig & make sure to bring wall plugs for charging devices as there are no USB ports. Cameron was very prompt to respond to messages and went above and beyond when we had an issue with the hot tub. We would most certainly stay again if visiting the area in the future and highly recommend to others! We had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed our stay very much!
