This fine vacation rental property is full of warmth and sunshine, surrounded by trees and filled with light from the wall of windows. Located in the Innsbruck Golf Community, The Heart of Helen is the perfect place to relax, restore and refresh. Staying at Heart of Helen you have access to Golf Course, Spa, and Restaurant on site.

Greeted with the large open space of the living room, dining area and kitchen, vaulted ceilings with exposed wooden beams overhead and the rock faced fireplace, vacation is in the air! Gather in the living room to settle on the leather sofa or in a winged high back leather chair for a cozy fire in the gas log fireplace or for movie night on the streaming tv. The windows offer much entertainment, too, with first hand views of the changing weather, the full-length deck and surrounding woods. There are two wine-barrel tables for four guests each with modern metal chairs and stools for meals, games and conversation. The kitchen features full size appliances, including a stove top with oven, side-by-side refrigerator and a dishwasher. You will also find a coffee maker, toaster, microwave and toaster oven. The cupboards are filled with all the dinnerware and cookware, glassware and cups a chef will need to prepare a magnificent meal. There is also all the flatware and cooking utensils you will need during your stay.

Step out to the upper deck from the living room or kitchen. This is a great space for relaxing, dining and entertaining. Here you will find both a gas and a charcoal grill, outdoor table with chairs and a corner with Adirondack chairs for bird watching and book reading.

On the main level of Heart of Helen is the master king bedroom with a full bath. The log post bed is embellished with rhododendron branch. The bedroom also features a piano for the music lovers and piano players in the group. The master bath has a shower/tub combination with a one sink vanity.

Continue your tour down the stairs with rhododendron handrails. On the terrace level are two more bedrooms, each with a streaming televisions. One bedroom has a king bed, while the other is fit for a queen. The kids room has a set of bunk beds with a full size mattress on the bottom and a standard twin on top. For entertainment, there is a streaming television and a Pac-Man arcade game for both the little and big kids!

Outside on the terrace level is where your worries will wash away in the hot tub and stories can be shared around the relaxing setting of the outdoor fire pit. No need for wood, as this fire pit is fueled by propane. There are Adirondack chairs surrounding the outdoor fire pit, too.

• Parking: Space is available for 3 vehicles. Trailers and RV's are not allowed.
• Access: The roads are paved all the way to the property.
• Pets: Pets are NOT allowed at The Heart of Helen.
• Location: 2.5 miles to downtown Helen.
