From the time you pull up, you will see where it obtains its name with the many hues of blue inside and out, also lending nods to the famous Blues Brothers and artwork with its namesake blues throughout! From the time you walk in the door, you feel completely surrounded in luxury. You're greeted by an open floorplan living, dining, and kitchen with an astonishing 22 ft custom counter bar and prep counter for hosting the best dinners! The kitchen boasts all stainless steel appliances, and about every kitchen gadget you can imagine at your fingertips for preparing fabulous meals for your family or ordering in our private chef to prepare your meals for you! If morning (Or evening) coffee is your jam, again we have you covered with all the kitchen gadgets, a french press, K-Cup, 12-cup drip coffee maker, and several options for teas, whether you like loose leaf steeping or pour over with the instant heat kettle. After brewing your favorite cup of coffee or tea, step out onto the massive upper deck overlooking the pristine Innsbruck golf course, sit back by the fire pit, or slip in the sunken in hot tub for a truly relaxing time! Back inside the large living room you have a 20 ft long couch equipped with laptop-friendly lap desks and a 90' smart TV for watching your favorite movies or sports games! On the main floor, you also have the two main bedrooms a California king master bedroom with an ensuite oasis of a bathroom with custom art deco wall, rain shower with shower steamers, soaker tub with bath bombs, a double vanity, and a separate toilet room. On the other end of the house is a queen bedroom with a private bath with another double vanity and a standing rain shower with shower steamers! Going upstairs, you have two more large bedrooms and full baths. One with two twin beds great for kids or separate adult sleepers, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combo. Across the loft, you have your second king bedroom with an ensuite full bathroom with a rainhead shower. Heading downstairs into the basement, you have a massive game room with a movie theater, another custom countertop bar for playing board games or a game of poker! The minifridge and microwave downstairs are great for keeping drinks cold and popping popcorn for a movie night. The centerpiece of the room is a full-size slate pool table with all the accessories! Fishing package available: Trout fishing in our private Blue Creek Trout pond stocked with Rainbow trout. Fishing Season: Spring March1-June 15 and Fall October - November. Each package includes Access to teh trout pond and blue creek area, catch and keep 10 trout max, no catch and release, bring your own fishing equipment. Add package at checkout or by calling the office.
