Guest Access:
Guests will have the entire cabin to themselves! It's truly a great place to relax and enjoy the mountains.

Getting Around:
Free parking on the property. There are 2 designated parking spots and more room in the community. Feel free to ask us about it after booking for parking recommendations.

Other Things to Note:
The cabin is near the woods on a beautiful hillside. You will likely see and hear critters. We hire pest professionals to minimize bugs in the home, but again, the cabin is located near the woods.

No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.

The TVs are Roku Smart TVs. You can sign into any service you’d like, but there aren’t any services provided.

Absolutely no fires outside of the designated areas! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.

Please do not flush anything besides toilet paper down the toilet. Failure to adhere to this rule will incur a fee.

HOA vehicle rule: A maximum of 2 cars is allowed per dwelling. If this number is exceeded, cars may be towed at the owner's expense at the discretion of the HOA. If you have more than 2 cars, we will be happy to send you more parking info where you can park additional vehicles.

We generally provide hand soap, a starter roll of septic-safe toilet paper in the bathroom, and paper towels. Be prepared to bring your own soaps (laundry, dish, bathroom), shampoos, conditioners, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, charcoal, wood logs, and coffee :)

Interaction with Guests:
You can always message my wife or me if there are any emergencies, but we hope you don’t feel like you need to! We want you to fully enjoy your vacation, relax, and experience the beauty that Helen, the rivers, and the mountains have to offer.

The cabin is beautiful in a quiet area of town. Cleanliness of the home was good except the carpets. The carpets on every floor and room had several pet stains. We have stayed in several pet friendly places and never encountered this type of floors. If you arrive after the guard house closes make sure to get a code for the gate. We were not given a code and slept In our vehicle until someone drove down to let us in. We still had a nice stay, enjoyed the area and the deck with the hot tub

We had a wonderful time. Close proximity to town, but in a peaceful setting at the end of the street with outstanding views of the surrounding mountains. We all enjoyed the hot tub and pool table on the lower level!

No one stayed next-door at B or across the street. It was very quiet and serene even though I had 10 girls celebrating in 18th birthday! We had so much fun playing games, singing, getting in the hot tub, etc.. My niece is a waitress at cowboys and Angels! She had our table decorated for a delicious dinner! We said next time we are renting for two nights lol thank you again for allowing us to share your home away from home!

The hot tub was fantastic. Host was very communicative. Duplex was very roomy and comfortable. Roku TV was easy to work. we liked that the cabin was set in thick woods on backside and the sunsets were beautiful. Pool table is a plus. Overall- very cozy and comfortable.

This was a comfortable, spacious, and practical house for our fall family get-away. This three story house in a gated community is a short drive away from downtown Helen. Most of desires were met by this venue, but if you plan to watch TV during your stay, make sure to b.y.o subscription logins and passwords.

The pictures online do not do it justice. This cozy 3 story cabin is so spacious. Our 2 teens really enjoyed the game room and bunk beds down stairs. My mother in law was able to stay on the main floor as she is not good with stairs. And the 2 upstairs rooms were so spacious and were perfect for getting ready for the wedding we were there to attend. My 2 large dogs were able to come along with me which was grea, no extra charge. They loved running up and down the stairs, wore them out. I would definitely rent again and the hosts were very much available and helpful.

We had such a wonderful stay at this home in Helen! The house was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Check in was fairly easy. The kitchen was acceptable and functional. I appreciated the necessary components to prepare meals. Newer cookware and bakeware would have been more useful but, I made do with what was there. I can imagine how hard it is to keep those items updated and in good condition though. WiFi worked flawlessly for entertainment. Neighborhood was very quiet and safe. During a stormy evening, everyone was content to stay in and watch a movie or play pool and not go exploring around Helen. The gas fire pit table on the back porch was a huge hit, to make s’mores! 5 out of 5 overall! We all enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin!

Terrific spot super close to town. Nice community and we enjoyed using the community pool. Safe, quiet, nice layout and furniture. Hot tub was lovely, rec room and bedroom setup perfect for our family with teens. Lots to enjoy around Helen and it was so close to town that we didn't mind popping out for supplies, meals, exploring, etc. Highly recommend!

50th Anniversary Gathering

The location of this home was ideal. My husband and son played golf within the community which was a plus. It is also located close to downtown Helen and several state parks. The unit was spacious and easily accommodated our family. The negatives were the appliances - dishwasher was coming loose, stove was dirty and frig is small with no icemaker. Only one t-towel was provided. Our grandson loved the downstairs space with the pool table and the hot tub on the patio. We really had a great time.

Great weekend getaway with friends and family

We were able to book this cabin for a short weekend. The house was perfect for our 3 families. The bunk space in the basement was the best for the kids to hang out, play pool and watch movies. All 3 large king bedrooms all have there own connecting bathrooms which was great. The cabin is in a safe gated community close to the Valhalla resort so we went there Friday night to their rooftop sky bar which had great views, wonderful service and food and drinks. Looking forward to our future stay!!
