This large house is set within the beautiful gated resort community of Innsbruck! The resort boasts an outdoor guest swimming pool (open after Memorial Day), tennis courts, and a gorgeous Innsbruck public golf course at a reasonable cost per round!

This home is secluded so you can get away from the hustle of Helen, but a 15 minute walk or a short drive right outside the Innsbruck community puts you right back in the flow of Helen's day and night life. The main floor has a large open floor plan with kitchen, dining area, and living area all open for the entire group to be together. There is a bedroom on the main floor with a queen bed and a full bathroom and double vanity. The main floor also walks straight out to a deck area that spans the entire width of the house and looks straight out at Mt. Yonah. There is no better way to remind yourself you are on vacation by beginning your day with the sunrise or ending your day with the sunset view from the back deck. Plenty of seating on the back deck and an 8 person hot tub to wind down after a long day of tubing, hiking, fishing, shopping, riding the mountain roller coaster, anything your heart desires.

The basement level has another large living area, full bathroom, kitchenette area, and another bedroom with a full bed and 2 twin beds. There is also a door headed out to a lower patio and more seating area with tables.

The top floor has 2 bedrooms and a loft area, all with queen beds, a jack-and-jill bathroom, and 2 walk out decks on each side of the house (one off a bedroom and one off the loft) giving even more beautiful views!

Helen has something for everyone, no matter the time of year! Choose your adventure: whether its hiking (Unicoi State Park, Anna Ruby Falls, Raven Cliff Falls, Helton Falls, Duke Creek Falls, Vogel State Park, Tallulah Falls, etc), traveling with the family and panning for gold and gems, a romantic or fun filled adult get away with wine tours, ziplining and tubing, and don't you dare forget Oktoberfest!!!!! We would love to host you and help you make some amazing memories!

Great for adults! Not so much for kids under 6

Home was roomy. Some beds not so comfy. Luke warm shower upstairs. Clothes dryer on main level took super long time to dry clothes. Almost all hinges on doors squeaked. No Kurig coffee maker. Super steep driveway & no level play area for 5 kids under age 7. Some playgrounds in Helen though. Nice wrap around porch & hot tube. Good for adults & older children!

Weekend away from home

Property was beautiful! Spacious! And clean. It was perfect for our group of 11. Kids ranged from 14-1 and all had a wonderful time. Beautiful screened in porch for the kids to run around and play. Hot tub for the adults to enjoy! And overall beautiful scenes in the woods.

Amazing property

This was such a beautiful home and was the perfect location for my families reunion. We needed a space we could all gather and enjoy nature in! We also loved the proximity to town and appreciated the distance from all the business. The house was beautiful and well kept with tons of rooms and beds for everyone.

GA Getaway

The host was friendly and very responsive. The house was clean and had plenty of space for all of us. We loved the views and enjoyed a lot of time on the deck out back. Getting to Unicoi State Park and the town of Helen were quick, easy trips from the house. If we make it back to this area we will definitely look for this place again.

Great Cabin in Helen!

Overall great experience. Beautiful deck / view and great cabin for the family. Location is amazing with relation to downtown Helen. Only warning would be the driveway. Very steep! Not sure you would be able to make it out of there with snow or ice so plan accordingly. Other than that a great stay and amazing communication from the host ! Definitely recommend staying here.

Absolutely Wonderful

Our stay at Helen Hideaway made for a fantastic family vacation. Our gosh did have a little trouble actually getting us to the house but the check-in process was clear and simple. The reviewer who stated that the driveway was not for the faint-hearted was accurate, but it was manageable and worth the view. The porch was the highlight. We spent hours outside, eating, reading, playing games, spotting deer and fox and socializing. The room arrangements were perfect for our group of 14 and allowed for the kids (3-14) to have their own space in the basement to sleep and play. The house was perfectly stocked with kitchen essentials, towels, soaps, laundry detergent, garbage bags, etc. Amber was very accessible when we had questions about the tv, trash, or nearby activities. House was clean and beds were very comfy. Helen Hideaway was conveniently located near the town of Helen, vineyards, waterfalls and boating. We truly had a wonderful time! When the family starts planning the next vacation before you leave, you know it was a success!

House on a hillside

Great home for our stay in Helen. Great central location. We loved being able to go out the front or back of the neighborhood to go sight seeing. So many beautiful waterfalls nearby. They aren't joking when they warn that the driveway is steep. The porch is perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. The hot tub was a hit. Having towels provided was great so that we didn't have to pack them. We love to cook. The kitchen needs a few more cooking items (measuring cups and spoons, pots) and we did wish the home had a bigger microwave. With kids, this is a must and would have made things easier. Otherwise, the house was great! Having two washers and dryers was great for our multigenerational group! The owner was wonderful and super helpful. She responded quickly to all our texts. We would recommend this house to anyone coming to visit Helen!

Wonderful house and location!

No outside Trash cans made it hard to manage with a large crowd and trash accumulation/no where to put bags. No broom was found in the house. TVs didn’t work. Overall fantastic house and wonderful amenities! Would 100% come again and recommend!

Creating Memories in Helen, GA

This cabin was perfect for our family of 16. It offered everything we needed for the long weekend. The pictures of the cabin matched the photos online. The tankless gas water heater was perfect for all of us taking showers back-to-back. The kitchen was well equipped with everything. The views of the balcony were breath taking. Our grandkids enjoyed the hot tub. We were minutes from downtown. Amber the hostess was so easy to work with and we will be returning to this cabin in the future.
