La chambre en bas a une grande terrasse hors d'elle. La mezzanine comprend à la fois un lit simple et un lit queen-size. La porte du grenier mène à une petite terrasse. Il y a aussi une laveuse / sécheuse superposées au rez-de-chaussée. Il y a aussi la télévision par câble et le service Internet WiFi!

Cricket Hill est dans les limites de la ville d'Helen, GA. Helen est l'une des plus belles sections du nord-est de la Géorgie. Cette communauté de montagne possède une grande variété d'attractions naturelles. Que ce soit pour visiter les Blue Ridge Mountains, visiter les magnifiques chutes Anna Ruby, faire de la randonnée sur le sentier des Appalaches ou descendre la rivière Chattahoochee, cette ville bavaroise a quelque chose pour tout le monde. Nice little secluded cabin

Our stay was short but we really enjoyed the cabin. It is nice and secluded but surprisingly close to everything. We would stay here again.

The cabin was so nice and quiet!! There are other cabins around but it still felt secluded. We will absolutely be staying here again!!

Great spot close to the town, but not in it.

This is a great location with everything you would want in convenience and amenities. It is also in the woods and feels like you are in the Georgia mountains far away from home.

Close to town, while being far away.

Check in was easy and the host called to confirm everything was ok. It's a great spot, 5 minutes from town but in the middle of the woods at the same time. We had a great time.

Great time

Came to Helen for my daughters wedding, Couldn’t have asked for a better place. Very close to the center of town. The cabin itself was one of the cleanest Vrbo’s I have ever been to. Would definitely return, or highly recommend to anyone.

Clean, nice & secluded

This cabin was really clean and beautiful . It was secluded and peaceful and close to town . My husband and I enjoyed very much . The only thing I could see being an issue is smaller vehicles that don’t have 4 wheel drive might have a hard time getting up the road to the cabin.

This property is so cute and perfect! Quiet and secluded yet close to everything. We even got to see some wildlife. Communication was excellent with easy check in and out. Plenty of amenities for convenience. Very clean.

Cricket Hill

We loved staying here. The cabin is so cute and well designed. So conveniently located. If you need groceries there’s a market called Bettie’s and others are out of town. Everything’s no worked it smelled fresh and clean we will be back. The deck isn’t as inviting as you’d expect being tucked in the trees so far but it’s still wonderful. Greta Schumacher

Great little cabin, beware of road.

The cabin was nice, but the road to the cabin left much to be desired. If I did not have an SUV I doubt I would have been able to reach the cabin. The road was rutted with a lot of loose gravel. I lost traction several times and had to find another line to avoid undercarriage damage. Besides the road we enjoyed our stay.

The road is almost impassible. I was afraid trying to get up it or go down it. Visitors need a four wheel drive to get to the cabin. I wouldn't stay there again. The den space is too small .

Very clean

Cabin is cute, nothing elaborate, but was nice and clean. The location was lovely, way in the woods. Only negative thing was the dirt road to access the cabin had some significant ruts. Beware if you drive a small car that is low to the ground you might have trouble. The rental agency was very attentive. They called to check on us after a sto caused a power outage in the area.

It was alright

It was up hill which wouldn’t be a problem but the road up has holes and dips all in it. Also on the way down has spots that water just sits and gets muddy which your car can get stuck. The beds are just awful. I’m pretty sure the most comforting furniture in the cabin was the couch which would be too small for an adult to sleep on (I tried). Other than that it was bad. Location was great. Took just a few minutes to get to downtown Helen.

Cricket Hill cabin

The road up to the cabin was what I expected for a ‘mountain location’, however heavy rains had washed the road surface away leaving large washouts. The exterior of the cabin did not give a good first impression, it needs some TLC to keep up with the environment. Once inside it was very clean and welcoming but was missing a convenience basket of misc items that we have had in prior rentals, (shampoo, coffee filters , laundry soap, etc…) . It also needs to have a broom available for daily cleaning of the outside decks. The surrounding area is beautiful but the town is still suffering from effects of Covid. Businesses are short staffed and have limited hours to compensate for it.

Great Location (November 2019)

Me/wife & 2 kids (10 & 11) loved "the cricket". Having the option of walking to town was a big plus. Instead of going over what others have already said, here is some useful advice. Location: GPS will NOT take you to this cabin. Set your directions for 155 Carrie Cox Dr. This house faces the dirt road to the cabin. Access: Yes, the road to the cabin can be a little tricky. We have a small SUV (Honda CRV). We had to take a running start from the bottom of the hill to get past the loose gravel. WIFI: We called to get the password but the person we talked to couldn't help us. I found it under the router in the downstairs bedroom. Fireplace: It's gas so leave the wood at home. Enjoy!

Secluded but so close to town!

This was a cute little cabin and we all loved it. Nice and clean. Great location. A couple of things would have made it perfect... - No coffee!! We had to run to the local market early the next day when we discovered there was no coffee in the unit! - The headboard was not connected to the bed in the master bedroom. - The upstairs door handle was almost falling off. I would think it would have been noticed and repaired if someone had cleaned it. We used our fingers to screw the screws back into place. Not a big deal. - The neighbor TAILGATED me up the entire secluded driveway and really creeped me out. I pulled over at the top for him to speed by and blaze into the first driveway. He was also talking loud a couple of times and dogs barking but later that evening and next morning was peaceful. Everything else was absolute perfection! Our whole family loved it!!!
