Private Drive: The last 1/8 mile is a steeper incline and very dark at night. Drive carefully.
Digital Locks: Some doors are reserved for cleaning staff and mechanical access.

Family Focused: No parties allowed. Peaceful groups and families only.
HOMES CAN BE RENTED individually on ANOTHER LISTING - FEEL FREE TO REACH OUT TO US WITH ANY QUESTIONS-- WE ARE HERE TO HELP These are in place to ensure a safe, comfortable, and compliant experience for all guests. A signed guest agreement is required by local ordinance to gain access to the property. It will be emailed upon booking for your arrival and must be signed before check-in instructions are released. The agreement outlines local codes and policies on Occupancy limits, Parking, Noise & quiet hours, Trash handling, Pets, Events & gatherings, Property damage, Prohibited commercial activity Absolutely no disclosed and authorized parties, events, or unauthorized visitors.
EVENT FRIENDLY HOMES POSSIBLY REQUIRE ADDITIONAL FEES, INSURANCE AND AGREEMENTS
QUIET HOURS are strictly enforced from 9pm TO 8AM, per local ordinance. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund and fines starting at 1,000, charged to the guest
PARKING: Maximum number of vehicles: 11 in front of the home WITHOUT blocking neighboring home.
PETS: must be pre-approved in writing before check-in. Pet fees must be paid in full and have a kennel for when not attended.
No excessive barking or unattended pets. Guests are fully liable for all pet-related damages or disturbances. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds unless covered with provided protection. Guests are expected to clean up after pets indoors and outdoors. PLEASE DON`T LET THEM RUN FREE- WE ARE IN THE MOUNTAINS AND WILDLIFE IS ALL AROUND
TRASH: bAll trash must be fully bagged and placed in designated bear receptacles in the cans in the driveway. bCans must be fully closed. Any trash left out and Bear mess clean up is an additional fee. CLOSE all car windows and DO NOT leave food in the cars to avoid damage.

NATURE: Refunds will not be issued due to these natural elements or environmental conditions.vvGuests acknowledge that the property is located in a natural environment and may be subject to varying weather conditions, wildlife activity, and ambient noise from nature or surrounding areas. We do not make any guarantees regarding weather, wildlife behavior, or the suitability of the environment for specific activities or purposes. Refunds or discounts will not be issued due to weather events, natural occurrences, environmental noise, or other circumstances beyond our control.
CREDIT CARDS: Please be advised Credit card processing fees are non-refundable, even in the event of a cancellation or refund. These fees are charged by the payment processor and cannot be recovered by the host. Refunds will be issued net of processing fees. By booking, you agree to this policy.
SMOKING AND VAPING are not permitted inside the property under any circumstance. If smoking please go outside and dispose of butts in trash
A minimum 1,500 cleaning fee will be charged for violations. Underage drinking and illegal substance use are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal.
Check-out is strictly by 10:00 AM (IF WE CAN ACCOMMODATE AND WE KNOW ABOUT BEFORE WE WILL LET YOU KNOW IF EARLY IN OR LATE OUT IS AVAILABLE IN WRITING)
Guests must follow check out instructions including timing. 300 an hour will be added for late check outs not approved
