Our New Log Cabin is located right on the shallow end of the Potomac River w/ direct access to swim, fish, float, kayak, or just sit in the water. It brings such peace and serenity. Read a book? Take a nap? Have some wine?
Smell the fresh cut wood as you enter the door. Take it easy at this unique getaway. The nature watching is quite entertaining. (Don't leave trash or food out) or the nature isn't so entertaining lol Camping at its finest.

Sit on the deck and watch the birds, there is an Eagle and some Hawks & Herrings you may get to see dive down to feast. The Nature watching is quite entertaining. Perfect relaxing camping here folks. Grill outside after a long day in the water or cook inside with the full kitchen. Two smart Vizio TVs with surround systems to kick back on the reclining loveseat and enjoy a movie. Listen to music, sing with the portable Monster Bluetooth Radio.

Summer - Fall go get in the river. Sit, Swim, float, Kayak, Fish and live your best life.
Very private November - March. Come for the peace, watch the snow fall on the trees around the river.

Our cabin does have 6 seasonal RV lots (April - October) and is surrounded by other families camping and enjoying the outdoors, so you may hear music. Everyone is super friendly and will not bother you but welcome you to hang out if you choose.

The deck and steps to the river is the access point for our friends and family that have the RV spots as well. We have a place there we sometimes stay at as well. Our goal for this property is to be able to share the blessing and for others spend time in Gods creation as well.

This property is off the beaten path and the water is hard. We do have the best filtration systems, water softener and a uv light to kill bacteria but rarely when the Cabin hasn't been used you "could" smell a sulfur smell that goes away with running the water.

A 25-30 minute drive will lead you to Berkeley Springs, Wv. Aka "America's First Spa," check out the natural springs, distinctive shops, dining, theater, live music, and holiday festivities. Berkeley Springs is known to have some of the best spas around. Or take a Hike to Harpers Ferry.

You must wear a life jacket while Kayaking and have a fishing license to fish as required by law.

There is no lifeguard and you enter the Potomac River at your own risk.
Guest access
Parking is right behind the cabin in the gravel. Your area is the deck and gravel space in front with the fire pit. This entire area is yours. The Deck and stairs to the river are a shared access point.
Other things to note
Please bring your own Queen size sheets. The set that is on, is a secondary mattress protection.

The wood floors are still so very soft and dent and scratch easily. Please be very careful and don't roll heavy things across them.

We ask you to remove shoes at the door to help keep it as clean as possible.

Absolutely no smoking or pets. Ashtrays are provided outside.

The wood absorbs smells. If there is smoking of anything, including weed inside there will be an additional $500 cleaning fee to have it removed.
