The Space:

Sleeping Arrangements

The cabin sleeps up to eight guests across three bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, a wood‑burning stove, and private access to the primary bathroom, offering a quiet retreat. A second bedroom holds a queen bed, while the third bedroom provides two sets of standard bunk beds, perfect for kids or extra guests.



Bathrooms

Two full bathrooms serve the home. The common bathroom includes a bathtub, while the primary bathroom offers a custom tile shower and a floating tub. Bathroom essentials are supplied for a comfortable stay.



Kitchen & Living Space

A fully equipped kitchen opens into the main living area, keeping everyone connected while meals are prepared. The indoor fireplace adds warmth on cooler evenings, and a TV with Wi‑Fi lets you stream movies or catch up on work at the dedicated workspace. A washer‑dryer is available for longer stays.



Outdoor Living

Step onto the large multi‑level deck that overlooks the surrounding woods. A BBQ grill invites year‑round cooking, and the nearby fire pit becomes a natural gathering spot as the sun sets. The hot tub remains a soothing retreat for those crisp spring nights when the air turns cool.

The Area

Just minutes from Sleepy Creek Wildlife Management Area, you have access to miles of trails and a large lake framed by forest. Berkeley Springs, a short drive away, offers an arts community, shops, restaurants, and a local brewery and winery. Within The Woods Resort, walking trails are free, while the golf course charges a modest fee. A fitness center and indoor/outdoor pools are available for members only.



A note on Wi‑Fi: service is included but can be slower or spotty in this remote setting, so downloading important content ahead of time is recommended. The cleaning team sweeps the deck, stairs, and walkways before each arrival, though you may still notice a few leaves, pollen, or other natural touches, especially in spring.
