The Space:

You step onto a spacious deck that sweeps over the rolling greens, the scent of fresh pine mingling with the faint hum of distant golfers. As the sun dips, the screened porch invites you to linger at an eight‑person dining table while a large Roku TV flickers with your favorite shows. Later, the hot tub bubbles under a canopy of stars, the night air cool and the water warm against your skin.



**Sleeping arrangements**

Bedroom 1 on the first floor offers a king‑size bed and a full private bathroom. Upstairs, Bedroom 2 features a queen‑size bed with a shared bathroom, while Bedroom 3 provides four twin beds—including a trundle—also served by the second shared bathroom. All beds rest on memory‑foam mattresses for a restful night’s sleep.

The open living area is framed by wall‑to‑ceiling windows that flood the room with daylight. Comfortable couches gather around an electric fireplace that adds a gentle glow on chilly evenings. A Smart TV and strong WiFi let you stream movies or join video calls with ease.
