The space
A spacious built family home on the banks of the Little Red River near Heber Springs, AR. The main house sleeps up to 13 people with 3 bedrooms and loft + 2.5 bathrooms. The bunk house above the garage has a separate exterior access. It includes and additional 3 beds plus 1 Full bathroom. Please review the photos for descriptions.

Guest access
The home is located in the Wildflower subdivision. Guests have access to the house, the property and the Little Red River. No ATV's and the use of firearms are not allowed.

The property is self check in with a key code. Check in is after 4pm. Check out is 11am.
Other things to note
Little Red River

The Little Red trout water is 31 miles in length and home to an abundance of rainbow and brown trout, with a sprinkling of brook and cutthroats, making this one of the premier trout rivers in the country. The largest brown taken from the Little Red River was a 40 pound 3 ounce former world record.

The river is extremely cold and not ideal for swimming or wading without proper gear. The water fluctuations can change daily due the water generation from the Greers Ferry Dam. Water Generation schedules can be checked at via the Army Corp of Engineers site.

While the house has no dock, it has one of the better walk in access locations on the river on Treadwell shoal.

We had the perfect Thanksgiving on the Little Red River! This house couldn’t have been a better place for our family - we used all the bedrooms, including the bunkhouse, which gave everyone plenty of space. The kitchen was fully stocked - didn’t need to bring a thing! We so enjoyed cooking together for Thanksgiving and all the other meals we prepared. The porch looking out to the river was the perfect place to have morning coffee wrapped in a blanket! By far our favorite room was the study - this was such a cozy space with so many books and interesting things to look at. There were games, the tv, and a great game table!. We took lots of walks in the gorgeous neighborhood and if you wanted to go into town, it was 10 minutes max. I personally didn’t leave the house from Wednesday to Sunday! Oh, and my gosh, the fishing was incredible!!! We caught (and released) at least 25 rainbows - just off the bank and wading in. It was the best fishing experience we have had on the Red without a guide! This was truly the best Thanksgiving we have ever had and will plan to do it again! Thank you for letting us enjoy this beautiful property!

This property is wonderfully designed and equipped for our group of fishermen
 Everyone has enough space for themselves when desired and great places to gather as a group
 The back porch is great for storing our fishing gear with a short walk to the river for amazing trout fishing

I need more stars!!

From start to finish our stay was perfection! The house is amazing with space for everyone to have room to themselves but also lots of common areas for us to gather. The beds were all comfortable. There was nothing we lacked, everyone even had fans in their rooms for noise!! The house was spotless and so inviting. We had plans to go to the lake but decided to stay in instead. Big well equipped kitchen, everything worked, with more than enough room. The host was exceptional and kind. We stay in lots of rentals as we travel often but this one has been our favorite. From extra rolls of toilet paper, plenty of trash bags, just every little detail taken care of so we could enjoy our time with our family. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful home! We will be back!!!!

Great secluded peaceful Getaway

Very spacious, every amenity you could ask for, the kitchen had everthing and more for our huge family dinners. The sleeping arrangement was perfect for all of us! The screened in porch, the fire pit and the close proximity to the water, made for incredible relaxing evenings.
