-In winter, the heat is set to at least 60°F to ensure comfort and prevent any issues.
-In summer, the cold air is set to 72°F.
Important Key Information
-The mail room keys are difficult to replace. A $150 fee will be charged if any keys are lost.
-No smoking/vaping anywhere inside the premises
-Pets considered (Please ask permission first from us, and with a $25 per NIGHT per pet)
-No events, parties, or large gatherings
-Unregistered guests/visits are not allowed. If you wish to bring someone not listed in your contract, please contact us
-Additional $15 per night per guest will be charged for any bookings exceeding 9 guests
-Please do not move or rearrange any furniture
-Guests are responsible for any damages caused
-Excessive trash will incur additional fees. If dumpsters are available, they should be nearby or check the guidebook under the dumpster tab
-Do not flush feminine products, wet wipes, diapers, or anything other than toilet paper. The home is on a septic system and flushing these items may cause damage.
