We loved this place, so good for the kids with that big play room. Rooms are spacious. All just very nice and unique. The outdoor area is just amazing too. Cant think of anything that we didn't love.

What a beautiful home in Heber ! Our family enjoyed the hot tub, games, and movie room. The beds were so comfortable especially after a day on the slopes. The kitchen was perfect for cooking, and the cozy fireplace was a bonus too. This was one of our favorite VRBO stays!

Amazing house! Super clean and great location. Close to so many stores and restaurants and only 20 minutes to skiing. We are a family of 8 and had more than enough room for everyone. Our kids loved the basement movie theater and game room. The host truly went above and beyond. Set up Christmas decor and a tree. Made our holidays extra magical. Really can’t recommend enough. Definitely planning on coming back!

We loved our stay at this great house. The furniture is nicer than most vacation rentals, the neighborhood is very quiet and so convenient to all shopping and the nicest grocery store I’ve ever shopped in (Smith’s). Lots of toys in the house and we made a lot of use of the hot tub. The owner was friendly and great to deal with.

Reunion with family

This home worked out great for our party of 7. There is plenty to do in the game room, outside living room and even relaxing in the living room. The beds were comfy cozy and the house is pleasantly decorated with a rustic look. The jaccuzi was a big plus for us, even though we only used it once.

Family 4th of July Oasis

This Mountain Retreat was perfect for me and my family - kids ages 5-12. The layout of this home allows the entire family to be together- but not on top of each other. The games, the yard and the movie room were big hits for all. The location is within walking distance to Granny's - a must for burgers and shakes. We had a wonderful vacation - Thank you, Jackson family.

Excellent Stay in a Great Home

Our family had an excellent week stay at this house. It is extremely well furnished with probably everything you could possible need and a lot of stuff that you hadn't even considered. My grandkids loved the basement game room plus the surprise closet full of toys (and to my chagrin, lol, nerf guns), the trampoline, and the snowcone machine. The downstairs theater was great and the outside hot tub and movie screen a lot of fun. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds very comfortable, and there were plenty of linens. The owner was great to work with, very accommodating, and made sure we had a great stay. Although we spent a lot of our time enjoying Heber's attractions you could spend a lot of time just enjoying the home's amenities. There is no hesitation in highly recommending this place.

Fantastic house in beautiful and convenient location!

Spacious, unique, 6BR house with awesome amenities for kids (played endlessly with fully stocked game room, basement, movie room, outdoor trampoline, and hot tub). Very convenient location for skiing if you like to retreat away from the crazy tourist crowds at the base of the ski resorts. Only a 20 minute drive and there were plenty of restaurants in Heber City so we didn’t feel like we had to drive back into Park City every night. Host promptly responded to any minor little issue. Super close to the Soldier Hollow Nordic center which has snow tubing. Our group loved the house, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, and overall location.

Exceeded expectations

It’s rare for a property to be better than pictured/ described, but this one was all it claimed to be and more. The items in the home didn’t feel cheap or thrown together for photos; everything felt like someone lives there and put everything they would want into the home. Special attention was given to making families comfortable and ours certainly was! The kids enjoyed exploring all the areas, jumping on the sunken trampoline, chatting in the hot tub, playing games in the basement, and watching their shows in the movie room. We also made use of the (professional grade!) karaoke machine and the extensive game closet! We had room to spread out, and everything we needed to cook several meals. Access to Park City for skiing and Salt Lake for exploring was easy, and the owner was very quick to respond to messages and questions. I don’t have anything negative to say, because it was so lovely, comfortable, and well appointed. Heber City was cute too, with several good restaurants and shops. So if you’re wondering if it looks too good to be true, it’s not. Book it!

Ski Trip House

Our group of adults spent 4 nights here and had a fantastic time. The check-in and check-out process was very simplistic which was great. Jonathan reached out as necessary to provide instructions and all were easy to follow. The house was just as pictured, very clean, and comfortable. We cooked all our own meals in the kitchen, which was well stocked with cookware and odds and ends. The hot tub was hot, clean, and very enjoyable. We also really enjoyed the basement theater room and ping pong table. The drive to PCMR each day for skiiing was a breeze. We had a great trip and glad we picked this house and location for a memorable experience.

Perfect family ski retreat

My parents, siblings, and 16 month son all absolutely loved our stay! It really was perfect for our family getaway with plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone, well-equipped kitchen for cooking and having all of our dinners at home together, a loaded gameroom and movie room, a hot tub that the hosts clean and refill between stays, and even a quiet office space with dual monitors for sneaking in a bit of work. Heber City also featured a lot of local amenities and the neighborhood itself was peaceful, friendly, and safe. Those of us skiing drove into Park City each day, which was just 30 minutes away.

Great house, great location

My family of five loved this spacious house and had so much room to spread out. The kitchen and bedrooms were fabulous and decorated so nicely (especially loved the soft fur rugs). Family favorites were the game room and movie room. We spent cozy evenings sitting in the hot tub, playing ping pong and watching Christmas movies in the movie room. The location was so convenient for all of our fun winter activities in Heber City, Midway and Park City. We were able to snow tube, ice skate, swim in geothermal crater, snowmobile and enjoy a horse drawn wagon ride all within 10-20 minutes of the house. Also nice having garage for rental car and mud room. The host was great and gave us good recommendations for eating and shopping. Would absolutely love to stay here again if ever in the area. Certainly one of the top two VRBO rentals we have used!!

Grandkids vacation

I brought my 4 grandsons here to go snowboarding/skiing. The house is perfect. There was myself and my 4 grandsons, my son was able to join us for a couple of days and everyone had their own room. The bedrooms are spacious, movie room has plenty of seating for everyone. The guys loved the outside firpit and hot tub, The game was great for everyone. The youngest was 11, but I saw they have many toys for younger kids. My youngest loved the outdoor trampoline. The owner met us at the house and was very nice and said to call if we needed anything. The location is great very close to anything you may need and very secure. I would definitely recommend staying here. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did!!

Must stay! Best place we have ever rented!

Well decorated and everything we needed! There was plenty of everything, the kitchen had a lot of things that made our stay perfect. The beds were so comfortable.Jonathan even got us a Christmas tree for our stay! What an amazing touch! It made Christmas morning perfect!

Fell in love with this place...

First, Jonathan was wonderful to deal with throughout our stay. I needed to contact him with a couple questions and his response was timely, and he was gracious and helpful. The house overall was simply perfect. Everything was well stocked and clean. There were extra linens and pillows, plenty of towels and washcloths, cleaning supplies, paper towels, trash bags, cups, plates, bowls, comfortable beds, etc. Total, we had 4 adults, our 2- and 5-year-old granddaughters and our dogs. There was something to do for everyone...the girls loved the trampoline and the hot tub and the huge basement playroom. The adults loved the game room and had many ping-pong and basketball challenges. We were able to watch all football and many movies in the downstairs movie room. The dogs had plenty of safe room to run and loved that too. But the highlight was movie night out under the stars. Our 5 year old granddaughter thought this was awesome, and so did I. Honestly, it was hard to say goodbye to this place. I really hope we can make it back there at some point. Thank you, Jonathan, for helping us build some special memories.

Family getaway

We had a small family getaway with my parents (72+) and our kids (16-4yr). Everyone was very happy with the home and loved the accommodations. Our 4yr old loves the toy room and my older girls loved the TV room. Everything was very clean and welcoming. Communication with the power was great.

Great place to stay!

This was a great place for a family weekend getaway. The owner was very generous with their offerings and very responsive to our questions. The amenities were great and gave us plenty to keep ourselves busy. The offerings were better than expected. The location is far enough away from the main drag that it’s quiet but close enough that it’s not a pain to get to. We will definitely look to stay here again!
